21La legge è ella dunque stata data contro alle promesse di Dio? Così non sia; perciocchè, se fosse stata data la legge, che potesse vivificare, veramente la giustizia sarebbe per la legge.

21Is the law then against the promises of God? God forbid: for if there had been a law given which could have given life, verily righteousness should have been by the law.
