Además, las Escrituras preveían el tiempo en que Dios salvaría también a los gentiles por medio de la fe. Dios le declaró esto a Abraham cuando le dijo: «Por medio de ti bendeciré a todas las naciones».

Y viendo antes la Escritura que Dios por la fe había de justificar á los Gentiles, evangelizó antes á Abraham, diciendo: En ti serán benditas todas las naciones.

And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed.
