Gálatas 3

O ihr unverständigen Galater! Wer hat euch nur bezaubert, da euch doch Jesus Christus vor die Augen gemalt worden ist als Gekreuzigter?

¡OH Gálatas insensatos! ¿quién os fascinó, para no obedecer á la verdad, ante cuyos ojos Jesucristo fué ya descrito como crucificado entre vosotros?

O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you?

Foolish Galatians, who has bewitched you not to obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ was openly portrayed among you as crucified?

Nur das eine möchte ich von euch erfahren: Habt ihr den Geist aufgrund von Gesetzeswerken empfangen oder infolge der Predigt vom Glauben?

Esto solo quiero saber de vosotros: ¿Recibisteis el Espíritu por las obras de la ley, ó por el oir de la fe?

This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?

I just want to learn this from you: Did you receive the Spirit by the works of the law, or by hearing of faith?

Seid ihr wirklich so unverständig? Im Geist habt ihr den Anfang gemacht und wollt jetzt im Fleisch den Abschluß machen?

¿Tan necios sois? ¿habiendo comenzado por el Espíritu, ahora os perfeccionáis por la carne?

Are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh?

Are you so foolish? Having begun in the Spirit, are you now completed in the flesh?

So Großes solltet ihr vergeblich erlitten haben?! Ja, wenn wirklich bloß vergeblich!

¿Tantas cosas habéis padecido en vano? si empero en vano.

Have ye suffered so many things in vain? if it be yet in vain.

Did you suffer so many things in vain, if it is indeed in vain?

Der euch also den Geist mitteilt und Wunderkräfte in euch wirkt, (tut er das) aufgrund von Gesetzeswerken oder infolge der Predigt vom Glauben?

Aquel, pues, que os daba el Espíritu, y obraba maravillas entre vosotros ¿hacíalo por las obras de la ley, ó por el oir de la fe?

He therefore that ministereth to you the Spirit, and worketh miracles among you, doeth he it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?

He therefore who supplies the Spirit to you and does miracles among you, does he do it by the works of the law, or by hearing of faith?

(Ja, es ist so) wie bei Abraham: »er glaubte Gott, und das wurde ihm zur Gerechtigkeit gerechnet«.

Como Abraham creyó á Dios, y le fué imputado á justicia.

Even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.

Even so, Abraham “believed God, and it was counted to him for righteousness.”

Ihr erkennt also: die Gläubigen, die sind Abrahams Söhne.

Sabéis por tanto, que los que son de fe, los tales son hijos de Abraham.

Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham.

Know therefore that those who are of faith are children of Abraham.

Weil aber die Schrift voraussah, daß Gott die Völker um des Glaubens willen rechtfertigt, hat sie dem Abraham die Heilsverheißung im voraus verkündigt: »In dir sollen alle Völker gesegnet werden.«

Y viendo antes la Escritura que Dios por la fe había de justificar á los Gentiles, evangelizó antes á Abraham, diciendo: En ti serán benditas todas las naciones.

And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed.

The Scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, preached the Good News beforehand to Abraham, saying, “In you all the nations will be blessed.”

Somit empfangen die, welche aus dem Glauben sind den Segen zugleich mit dem gläubigen Abraham.

Luego los de la fe son benditos con el creyente Abraham.

So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham.

So then, those who are of faith are blessed with the faithful Abraham.

Denn alle, die aus Werken des Gesetzes sind, stehen unter einem Fluch; denn es steht geschrieben: »Verflucht ist jeder, der nicht in allen (Geboten), die im Buch des Gesetzes geschrieben stehen, beharrt, um sie (tatsächlich) zu erfüllen.«

Porque todos los que son de las obras de la ley, están bajo de maldición. Porque escrito está: Maldito todo aquel que no permaneciere en todas las cosas que están escritas en el libro de la ley, para hacerlas.

For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them.

For as many as are of the works of the law are under a curse. For it is written, “Cursed is everyone who doesn’t continue in all things that are written in the book of the law, to do them.”

Daß aber aufgrund des Gesetzes niemand bei Gott gerechtfertigt wird, ist offenbar; denn »der Gerechte wird aus Glauben leben«.

Mas por cuanto por la ley ninguno se justifica para con Dios, queda manifiesto: Que el justo por la fe vivirá.

But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith.

Now that no man is justified by the law before God is evident, for, “The righteous will live by faith.”

Das Gesetz aber hat mit dem Glauben nichts zu tun, sondern: »Wer sie erfüllt hat, der wird durch sie leben.«

La ley también no es de la fe; sino, El hombre que los hiciere, vivirá en ellos.

And the law is not of faith: but, The man that doeth them shall live in them.

The law is not of faith, but, “The man who does them will live by them.”

Christus hat uns vom Fluch des Gesetzes dadurch losgekauft, daß er für uns zum Fluch geworden ist; denn es steht geschrieben: »Verflucht ist jeder, der am Holze hängt.«

Cristo nos redimió de la maldición de la ley, hecho por nosotros maldición; (porque está escrito: Maldito cualquiera que es colgado en madero:)

Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:

Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. For it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree,”

Es sollte eben der dem Abraham verheißene Segen den Heiden in Christus Jesus zuteil werden, damit wir das Verheißungsgut des Geistes durch den Glauben empfangen könnten.

Para que la bendición de Abraham fuese sobre los Gentiles en Cristo Jesús; para que por la fe recibamos la promesa del Espíritu.

That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

Liebe Brüder, ich will an menschliche Verhältnisse erinnern: Auch die letztwillige Verfügung eines Menschen, die rechtskräftig geworden ist, kann doch niemand umstoßen oder nachträglich mit Zusätzen versehen.

Hermanos, hablo como hombre: Aunque un pacto sea de hombre, con todo, siendo confirmado, nadie lo cancela, ó le añade.

Brethren, I speak after the manner of men; Though it be but a man’s covenant, yet if it be confirmed, no man disannulleth, or addeth thereto.

Brothers, speaking of human terms, though it is only a man’s covenant, yet when it has been confirmed, no one makes it void or adds to it.

Nun sind aber die (göttlichen) Verheißungen dem Abraham »und seinem Samen« zugesprochen worden. Es heißt nicht: »und den Samen« in der Mehrzahl, sondern mit Bezug auf einen einzigen: »und deinem Samen«, und das ist Christus.

A Abraham fueron hechas las promesas, y á su simiente. No dice: Y á las simientes, como de muchos; sino como de uno: Y á tu simiente, la cual es Cristo.

Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ.

Now the promises were spoken to Abraham and to his offspring. He doesn’t say, “To descendants”, as of many, but as of one, “To your offspring”, which is Christ.

Ich meine das aber so: Eine von Gott bereits früher vollgültig gemachte Verfügung kann durch das Gesetz, das erst vierhundertunddreißig Jahre später gekommen ist, nicht außer Kraft gesetzt werden, so daß es die Verheißung aufhöbe.

Esto pues digo: Que el contrato confirmado de Dios para con Cristo, la ley que fué hecha cuatrocientos treinta años después, no lo abroga, para invalidar la promesa.

And this I say, that the covenant, that was confirmed before of God in Christ, the law, which was four hundred and thirty years after, cannot disannul, that it should make the promise of none effect.

Now I say this: A covenant confirmed beforehand by God in Christ, the law, which came four hundred thirty years after, does not annul, so as to make the promise of no effect.

Wenn nämlich das (verheißene) Erbe vom Gesetz abhängt, so hängt es nicht mehr von der Verheißung ab; dem Abraham aber hat Gott es durch eine Verheißung als Gnadengabe verliehen.

Porque si la herencia es por la ley, ya no es por la promesa: empero Dios por la promesa hizo la donación á Abraham.

For if the inheritance be of the law, it is no more of promise: but God gave it to Abraham by promise.

For if the inheritance is of the law, it is no more of promise; but God has granted it to Abraham by promise.

Was soll nun aber das Gesetz? Der Übertretungen wegen ist es (der Verheißung) hinzugefügt worden (für die Zwischenzeit), bis der Same käme, dem die Verheißung gilt; und zwar ist es durch Engel verordnet worden unter Mitwirkung eines Mittlers.

¿Pues de qué sirve la ley? Fué puesta por causa de las rebeliones, hasta que viniese la simiente á quien fué hecha la promesa, ordenada aquélla por los ángeles en la mano de un mediador.

Wherefore then serveth the law? It was added because of transgressions, till the seed should come to whom the promise was made; and it was ordained by angels in the hand of a mediator.

Then why is there the law? It was added because of transgressions, until the offspring should come to whom the promise has been made. It was ordained through angels by the hand of a mediator.

Ein Mittler aber vertritt nicht einen einzigen; Gott aber ist ein einziger.

Y el mediador no es de uno, pero Dios es uno.

Now a mediator is not a mediator of one, but God is one.

Now a mediator is not between one, but God is one.

Steht demnach das Gesetz mit den Verheißungen Gottes in Widerspruch? Nimmermehr! Ja, wenn ein Gesetz gegeben worden wäre, das die Kraft besäße, Leben zu verleihen, dann käme die Gerechtigkeit tatsächlich aus dem Gesetz.

¿Luego la ley es contra las promesas de Dios? En ninguna manera: porque si la ley dada pudiera vivificar, la justicia fuera verdaderamente por la ley.

Is the law then against the promises of God? God forbid: for if there had been a law given which could have given life, verily righteousness should have been by the law.

Is the law then against the promises of God? Certainly not! For if there had been a law given which could make alive, most certainly righteousness would have been of the law.

Nun aber hat die Schrift alles unter die (Herrschaft der) Sünde zusammengeschlossen, damit das Verheißungsgut den Gläubigen aufgrund des Glaubens an Jesus Christus zuteil würde.

Mas encerró la Escritura todo bajo pecado, para que la promesa fuese dada á los creyentes por la fe de Jesucristo.

But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe.

But the Scripture imprisoned all things under sin, that the promise by faith in Jesus Christ might be given to those who believe.

Bevor aber der Glaube kam, wurden wir unter dem Gesetz in Verwahrung gehalten und waren unter Verschluß gelegt für den Glauben, der erst später geoffenbart werden sollte.

Empero antes que viniese la fe, estábamos guardados bajo la ley, encerrados para aquella fe que había de ser descubierta.

But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed.

But before faith came, we were kept in custody under the law, confined for the faith which should afterwards be revealed.

Somit ist das Gesetz unser Erzieher für Christus geworden, damit wir aufgrund des Glaubens gerechtfertigt würden.

De manera que la ley nuestro ayo fué para llevarnos á Cristo, para que fuésemos justificados por la fe.

Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith.

So that the law has become our tutor to bring us to Christ, that we might be justified by faith.

Seitdem nun aber der Glaube gekommen ist, stehen wir nicht mehr unter einem Erzieher;

Mas venida la fe, ya no estamos bajo ayo;

But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster.

But now that faith has come, we are no longer under a tutor.

denn ihr alle seid Söhne Gottes durch den Glauben an Christus Jesus.

Porque todos sois hijos de Dios por la fe en Cristo Jesús.

For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.

For you are all children of God, through faith in Christ Jesus.

Denn ihr alle, die ihr in Christus getauft worden seid, habt (damit) Christus angezogen.

Porque todos los que habéis sido bautizados en Cristo, de Cristo estáis vestidos.

For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.

For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ.

Da gibt es nun nicht mehr Juden und Griechen, nicht mehr Knechte und Freie, nicht mehr Mann und Weib: nein, ihr seid allesamt Einer in Christus Jesus.

No hay Judío, ni Griego; no hay siervo, ni libre; no hay varón, ni hembra: porque todos vosotros sois uno en Cristo Jesús.

There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.

There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free man, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus.

Wenn ihr aber Christus angehört, so seid ihr damit ja Abrahams Nachkommenschaft, Erben gemäß der Verheißung.

Y si vosotros sois de Cristo, ciertamente la simiente de Abraham sois, y conforme á la promesa los herederos.

And if ye be Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.

If you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s offspring and heirs according to promise.
