Sie werben um euch (bemühen sich eifrig) nicht löblich (sittlich, nützlich), sondern sie wollen euch ausschließen, damit ihr euch um sie eifrig bemüht (wirbt):

Tienen celos de vosotros, pero no bien: antes os quieren echar fuera para que vosotros los celéis á ellos.

They zealously affect you, but not well; yea, they would exclude you, that ye might affect them.

They zealously seek you in no good way. No, they desire to alienate you, that you may seek them.
