20Fue así como José compró toda la tierra de Egipto para el faraón. Todos los egipcios se vieron obligados a vender sus campos, porque el hambre se hizo insoportable. De este modo, la tierra pasó a ser propiedad del faraón.

20And Joseph bought all the land of Egypt for Pharaoh; for the Egyptians sold every man his field, because the famine prevailed over them: so the land became Pharaoh’s.
