22Ausgenommen der Priester Feld. Das kaufte er nicht; denn es war von Pharao für die Priester verordnet, daß sie sich nähren sollten von dem Verordneten, das er ihnen gegeben hatte; darum brauchten sie ihr Feld nicht zu verkaufen.

22Solamente la tierra de los sacerdotes no compró, por cuanto los sacerdotes tenían ración de Faraón, y ellos comían su ración que Faraón les daba: por eso no vendieron su tierra.

22Only the land of the priests bought he not; for the priests had a portion assigned them of Pharaoh, and did eat their portion which Pharaoh gave them: wherefore they sold not their lands.
World English Bible
22Only he didn’t buy the land of the priests, for the priests had a portion from Pharaoh, and ate their portion which Pharaoh gave them. That is why they didn’t sell their land.
