10El cetro no se apartará de Judá, ni el bastón de mando de entre sus pies, hasta que llegue aquel a quien le pertenece, a quien los pueblos obedecerán.

10The sceptre shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh come; and unto him shall the gathering of the people be.
World English Bible
10The scepter will not depart from Judah, nor the ruler’s staff from between his feet, until he comes to whom it belongs. The obedience of the peoples will be to him.
