Mais toutes ces choses ne feront-elles pas de lui un sujet d'histoires et de récits qu'on se répétera ? On dira : Malheur à l'homme qui, sans se lasser, accumule les biens d'autrui, et fait cruellement sentir le poids de son collier !
¿No han de levantar todos estos sobre él parábola, y sarcasmos contra él? Y dirán: ¡Ay del que multiplicó lo que no era suyo! ¿Y hasta cuándo había de amontonar sobre sí espeso lodo?
Shall not all these take up a parable against him, and a taunting proverb against him, and say, Woe to him that increaseth that which is not his! how long? and to him that ladeth himself with thick clay!
