¡Ay de aquel que allega frutos de avaricia, funesta para su propia casa, con el fin de hacer más alto su nido, y salvarse así de las garras del mal!

¡Ay del que codicia maligna codicia para su casa, por poner en alto su nido, por escaparse del poder del mal!

Woe to him that coveteth an evil covetousness to his house, that he may set his nest on high, that he may be delivered from the power of evil!

Woe to him who gets an evil gain for his house, that he may set his nest on high, that he may be delivered from the hand of evil!
