De otra manera habrían cesado de ser ofrecidos; porque los que dan culto, purificados una vez, no tendrían más conciencia de pecado.

De otra manera cesarían de ofrecerse; porque los que tributan este culto, limpios de una vez, no tendrían más conciencia de pecado.

For then would they not have ceased to be offered? because that the worshippers once purged should have had no more conscience of sins.

Or else wouldn’t they have ceased to be offered, because the worshipers, having been once cleansed, would have had no more consciousness of sins?
