Consideró que era mejor sufrir la vergüenza por causa del Mesías que disfrutar de los tesoros de Egipto, porque tenía la mirada puesta en la recompensa.

Teniendo por mayores riquezas el vituperio de Cristo que los tesoros de los Egipcios; porque miraba á la remuneración.
