Durch Glauben wurde Henoch entrückt, damit er den Tod nicht sähe, und »er war (auf Erden) nicht mehr zu finden, weil Gott ihn entrückt hatte«; denn vor seiner Entrückung ist ihm bezeugt worden, daß er Gottes Wohlgefallen besessen habe.
