Vielfältig (mannigfaltig) und †auf vielerlei Weise hat †der Gott ehemals (in alten Zeiten, einst) †zu den Vätern in (durch) die Propheten geredet,

DIOS, habiendo hablado muchas veces y en muchas maneras en otro tiempo á los padres por los profetas,

God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets,

God, having in the past spoken to the fathers through the prophets at many times and in various ways,
