Há muito tempo, Deus falou aos nossos antepassados por meio de profetas, por muitas vezes e de várias formas.
DIOS, habiendo hablado muchas veces y en muchas maneras en otro tiempo á los padres por los profetas,
God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets,
God, having in the past spoken to the fathers through the prophets at many times and in various ways,
Mas, nestes últimos dias, Ele nos falou por meio do Filho, a quem constituiu como herdeiro de todas as coisas e por intermédio de quem também criou o universo.
En estos postreros días nos ha hablado por el Hijo, al cual constituyó heredero de todo, por el cual asimismo hizo el universo:
Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;
has at the end of these days spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, through whom also he made the worlds.
Ele é o resplendor da glória de Deus, a verdadeira expressão de Sua essência. Ele tudo sustenta pela palavra do Seu poder. Depois de ter realizado a purificação dos pecados, Ele sentou-se no Céu à direita da Majestade,
El cual siendo el resplandor de su gloria, y la misma imagen de su sustancia, y sustentando todas las cosas con la palabra de su potencia, habiendo hecho la purgación de nuestros pecados por sí mismo, se sentó á la diestra de la Majestad en las alturas,
Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high;
His Son is the radiance of his glory, the very image of his substance, and upholding all things by the word of his power, who, when he had by himself purified us of our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high,
tornou-se tão superior aos anjos que herdou um nome mais excelente do que o deles.
Hecho tanto más excelente que los ángeles, cuanto alcanzó por herencia más excelente nombre que ellos.
Being made so much better than the angels, as he hath by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they.
having become as much better than the angels as the more excellent name he has inherited is better than theirs.
De fato, para qual dos anjos disse Deus: "Tu és meu filho; Eu hoje te gerei"? E, ainda: "Eu lhe serei Pai, e Ele me será Filho"?
Porque ¿á cuál de los ángeles dijo Dios jamás: Mi hijo eres tú, hoy yo te he engendrado? y otra vez: Yo seré á él Padre, y él me será á mí hijo?
For unto which of the angels said he at any time, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee? And again, I will be to him a Father, and he shall be to me a Son?
For to which of the angels did he say at any time, “You are my Son. Today I have become your father?” and again, “I will be to him a Father, and he will be to me a Son?”
Porém, quando Deus enviou ao mundo Seu Primogênito, Ele diz: "Todos os anjos de Deus devem adorá-Lo".
Y otra vez, cuando introduce al Primogénito en la tierra, dice: Y adórenle todos los ángeles de Dios.
And again, when he bringeth in the firstbegotten into the world, he saith, And let all the angels of God worship him.
When he again brings in the firstborn into the world he says, “Let all the angels of God worship him.”
Ainda em relação aos anjos, Deus declara: "É Ele quem faz de Seus anjos ventos e de Seus ministros chamas de fogo".
Y ciertamente de los ángeles dice: El que hace á sus ángeles espíritus, y á sus ministros llama de fuego.
And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels spirits, and his ministers a flame of fire.
Of the angels he says, “He makes his angels winds, and his servants a flame of fire.”
Mas, em relação ao Filho, diz: "Teu trono, Deus, permanece para todo o sempre; e o cetro de Teu Reino é o cetro de justiça.
Mas al hijo: Tu trono, oh Dios, por el siglo del siglo; vara de equidad la vara de tu reino;
But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom.
But of the Son he says, “Your throne, O God, is forever and ever. The scepter of uprightness is the scepter of your Kingdom.
Amaste a justiça e odiaste a injustiça; portanto, Deus, o Teu Deus, Te ungiu com o óleo de alegria, mais que a Teus companheiros.
Has amado la justicia, y aborrecido la maldad; por lo cual te ungió Dios, el Dios tuyo, con óleo de alegría más que á tus compañeros.
Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.
You have loved righteousness and hated iniquity; therefore God, your God, has anointed you with the oil of gladness above your fellows.”
No princípio, ó Senhor, Tu estabeleceste a fundação da terra; os céus são obras de Tuas mãos.
Y: Tú, oh Señor, en el principio fundaste la tierra; y los cielos son obras de tus manos:
And, Thou, Lord, in the beginning hast laid the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of thine hands:
And, “You, Lord, in the beginning, laid the foundation of the earth. The heavens are the works of your hands.
Eles perecerão, mas Tu permaneces. Eles se gastarão como roupas.
Ellos perecerán, mas tú eres permanente; y todos ellos se envejecerán como una vestidura;
They shall perish; but thou remainest; and they all shall wax old as doth a garment;
They will perish, but you continue. They all will grow old like a garment does.
Tu os enrolarás como um manto e como roupas os mudarás. Mas Tu és o mesmo, e Teus anos não terão fim".
Y como un vestido los envolverás, y serán mudados; empero tú eres el mismo, y tus años no acabarán.
And as a vesture shalt thou fold them up, and they shall be changed: but thou art the same, and thy years shall not fail.
You will roll them up like a mantle, and they will be changed; but you are the same. Your years won’t fail.”
Mas para quais dos anjos Deus, porventura, em algum momento, disse: "Senta-te à minha direita, até que eu faça de teus inimigos um estrado para os teus pés"?
Pues, ¿á cuál de los ángeles dijo jamás: Siéntate á mi diestra, hasta que ponga á tus enemigos por estrado de tus pies?
But to which of the angels said he at any time, Sit on my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool?
But which of the angels has he told at any time, “Sit at my right hand, until I make your enemies the footstool of your feet?”
Não são todos os anjos espíritos ministradores enviados para cuidar daqueles que herdarão a salvação?
¿No son todos espíritus administradores, enviados para servicio á favor de los que serán herederos de salud?
Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?
Aren’t they all serving spirits, sent out to do service for the sake of those who will inherit salvation?
