Por lo cual es necesario que tanto con más diligencia guardemos las cosas que hemos oído, para que no nos escurramos.

POR tanto, es menester que con más diligencia atendamos á las cosas que hemos oído, porque acaso no nos escurramos.

Therefore we ought to give the more earnest heed to the things which we have heard, lest at any time we should let them slip.

Therefore we ought to pay greater attention to the things that were heard, lest perhaps we drift away.
