Cette espérance, nous la possédons comme une ancre de l’âme, sûre et solide; elle pénètre au-delà du voile,

La cual tenemos como segura y firme ancla del alma, y que entra hasta dentro del velo;

Which hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and stedfast, and which entereth into that within the veil;
