Hebreos 7

Car ce Melchisédec, était Roi de Salem, et Sacrificateur du Dieu souverain, qui vint au-devant d’Abraham lorsqu’il retournait de la défaite des Rois, et qui le bénit,

PORQUE este Melchîsedec, rey de Salem, sacerdote del Dios Altísimo, el cual salió á recibir á Abraham que volvía de la derrota de los reyes, y le bendijo,

For this Melchisedec, king of Salem, priest of the most high God, who met Abraham returning from the slaughter of the kings, and blessed him;

For this Melchizedek, king of Salem, priest of God Most High, who met Abraham returning from the slaughter of the kings and blessed him,

Et auquel Abraham donna pour sa part la dîme de tout. Son nom signifie premièrement Roi de justice, et puis il a été Roi de Salem, c’est-à-dire, Roi de paix.

Al cual asimismo dió Abraham los diezmos de todo, primeramente él se interpreta Rey de justicia; y luego también Rey de Salem, que es, Rey de paz;

To whom also Abraham gave a tenth part of all; first being by interpretation King of righteousness, and after that also King of Salem, which is, King of peace;

to whom also Abraham divided a tenth part of all (being first, by interpretation, “king of righteousness”, and then also “king of Salem”, which means “king of peace”,

Sans père, sans mère, sans généalogie, n’ayant ni commencement de jours, ni fin de vie, mais étant fait semblable au Fils de Dieu, il demeure Sacrificateur à toujours.

Sin padre, sin madre, sin linaje; que ni tiene principio de días, ni fin de vida, mas hecho semejante al Hijo de Dios, permanece sacerdote para siempre.

Without father, without mother, without descent, having neither beginning of days, nor end of life; but made like unto the Son of God; abideth a priest continually.

without father, without mother, without genealogy, having neither beginning of days nor end of life, but made like the Son of God), remains a priest continually.

Or considérez combien grand était celui à qui même Abraham le Patriarche donna la dîme du butin.

Mirad pues cuán grande fué éste, al cual aun Abraham el patriarca dió diezmos de los despojos.

Now consider how great this man was, unto whom even the patriarch Abraham gave the tenth of the spoils.

Now consider how great this man was, to whom even Abraham the patriarch gave a tenth out of the best plunder.

Car quant à ceux d’entre les enfants de Lévi qui reçoivent la Sacrificature, ils ont bien une ordonnance de dîmer le peuple selon la Loi, c’est-à-dire, de dîmer leurs frères, bien qu’ils soient sortis des reins d’Abraham.

Y ciertamente los que de los hijos de Leví toman el sacerdocio, tienen mandamiento de tomar del pueblo los diezmos según la ley, es á saber, de sus hermanos aunque también hayan salido de los lomos de Abraham.

And verily they that are of the sons of Levi, who receive the office of the priesthood, have a commandment to take tithes of the people according to the law, that is, of their brethren, though they come out of the loins of Abraham:

They indeed of the sons of Levi who receive the priest’s office have a commandment to take tithes from the people according to the law, that is, of their brothers, though these have come out of the body of Abraham,

Mais celui qui n’est point compté d’une même race qu’eux a dîmé Abraham, et a béni celui qui avait les promesses.

Mas aquél cuya genealogía no es contada de ellos, tomó de Abraham los diezmos, y bendijo al que tenía las promesas.

But he whose descent is not counted from them received tithes of Abraham, and blessed him that had the promises.

but he whose genealogy is not counted from them has accepted tithes from Abraham, and has blessed him who has the promises.

Or sans contredit, celui qui est le moindre est béni par celui qui est le plus grand.

Y sin contradicción alguna, lo que es menos es bendecido de lo que es más.

And without all contradiction the less is blessed of the better.

But without any dispute the lesser is blessed by the greater.

Et ici les hommes qui sont mortels, prennent les dîmes ; mais là, celui-là les prend duquel il est rendu témoignage qu’il est vivant.

Y aquí ciertamente los hombres mortales toman los diezmos: mas allí, aquel del cual está dado testimonio que vive.

And here men that die receive tithes; but there he receiveth them, of whom it is witnessed that he liveth.

Here people who die receive tithes, but there one receives tithes of whom it is testified that he lives.

Et, par manière de parler, Lévi même qui prend des dîmes, a été dîmé en Abraham.

Y, por decirlo así, en Abraham fué diezmado también Leví, que recibe los diezmos;

And as I may so say, Levi also, who receiveth tithes, payed tithes in Abraham.

We can say that through Abraham even Levi, who receives tithes, has paid tithes,

Car il était encore dans les reins de son père, quand Melchisédec vint au-devant de lui.

Porque aun estaba en los lomos de su padre cuando Melchîsedec le salió al encuentro.

For he was yet in the loins of his father, when Melchisedec met him.

for he was yet in the body of his father when Melchizedek met him.

Si donc la perfection s’était trouvée dans la sacrificature Lévitique, (car c’est sous elle que le peuple a reçu la Loi) quel besoin était-il après cela qu’un autre Sacrificateur se levât selon l’ordre de Melchisédec, et qui ne fût point dit selon l’ordre d’Aaron.

Si pues la perfección era por el sacerdocio Levítico (porque debajo de él recibió el pueblo la ley) ¿qué necesidad había aún de que se levantase otro sacerdote según el orden de Melchîsedec, y que no fuese llamado según el orden de Aarón?

If therefore perfection were by the Levitical priesthood, (for under it the people received the law,) what further need was there that another priest should rise after the order of Melchisedec, and not be called after the order of Aaron?

Now if perfection was through the Levitical priesthood (for under it the people have received the law), what further need was there for another priest to arise after the order of Melchizedek, and not be called after the order of Aaron?

Or la Sacrificature étant changée, il est nécessaire qu’il y ait aussi un changement de Loi.

Pues mudado el sacerdocio, necesario es que se haga también mudanza de la ley.

For the priesthood being changed, there is made of necessity a change also of the law.

For the priesthood being changed, there is of necessity a change made also in the law.

Car celui à l’égard duquel ces choses sont dites, appartient à une autre Tribu, de laquelle nul n’a assisté à l’autel ;

Porque aquel del cual esto se dice, de otra tribu es, de la cual nadie asistió al altar.

For he of whom these things are spoken pertaineth to another tribe, of which no man gave attendance at the altar.

For he of whom these things are said belongs to another tribe, from which no one has officiated at the altar.

Car il est évident que notre Seigneur est descendu de la Tribu de Juda, à l’égard de laquelle Moïse n’a rien dit de la Sacrificature.

Porque notorio es que el Señor nuestro nació de la tribu de Judá, sobre cuya tribu nada habló Moisés tocante al sacerdocio.

For it is evident that our Lord sprang out of Juda; of which tribe Moses spake nothing concerning priesthood.

For it is evident that our Lord has sprung out of Judah, about which tribe Moses spoke nothing concerning priesthood.

Et cela est encore plus incontestable, en ce qu’un autre Sacrificateur, à la ressemblance de Melchisédec, est suscité ;

Y aun más manifiesto es, si á semejanza de Melchîsedec se levanta otro sacerdote,

And it is yet far more evident: for that after the similitude of Melchisedec there ariseth another priest,

This is yet more abundantly evident, if after the likeness of Melchizedek there arises another priest,

Qui n’a point été fait Sacrificateur selon la Loi du commandement charnel, mais selon la puissance de la vie impérissable.

El cual no es hecho conforme á la ley del mandamiento carnal, sino según la virtud de vida indisoluble;

Who is made, not after the law of a carnal commandment, but after the power of an endless life.

who has been made, not after the law of a fleshly commandment, but after the power of an endless life;

Car Dieu lui rend ce témoignage : tu es Sacrificateur éternellement, selon l’ordre de Melchisédec.

Pues se da testimonio de él: Tú eres sacerdote para siempre, según el orden de Melchîsedec.

For he testifieth, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec.

for it is testified, “You are a priest forever, according to the order of Melchizedek.”

Or il se fait une abolition du commandement qui a précédé, à cause de sa faiblesse, et parce qu’il ne pouvait point profiter.

El mandamiento precedente, cierto se abroga por su flaqueza é inutilidad;

For there is verily a disannulling of the commandment going before for the weakness and unprofitableness thereof.

For there is an annulling of a foregoing commandment because of its weakness and uselessness

Car la Loi n’a rien amené à la perfection ; mais ce qui a amené à la perfection, c’est ce qui a été introduit par-dessus, savoir une meilleure espérance, par laquelle nous approchons de Dieu.

Porque nada perfeccionó la ley; mas hízolo la introducción de mejor esperanza, por la cual nos acercamos á Dios.

For the law made nothing perfect, but the bringing in of a better hope did; by the which we draw nigh unto God.

(for the law made nothing perfect), and a bringing in of a better hope, through which we draw near to God.

D’autant plus même que ce n’a point été sans serment. Or ceux-là ont été faits Sacrificateurs sans serment ;

Y por cuanto no fué sin juramento,

And inasmuch as not without an oath he was made priest:

Inasmuch as he was not made priest without the taking of an oath

Mais celui-ci l’a été avec serment, par celui qui lui a dit : le Seigneur l’a juré, et il ne s’en repentira point : tu es Sacrificateur éternellement selon l’ordre de Melchisédec.

(Porque los otros cierto sin juramento fueron hechos sacerdotes; mas éste, con juramento por el que le dijo: Juró el Señor, y no se arrepentirá: Tú eres sacerdote eternamente según el orden de Melchîsedec:)

(For those priests were made without an oath; but this with an oath by him that said unto him, The Lord sware and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec:)

(for they indeed have been made priests without an oath), but he with an oath by him that says of him, “The Lord swore and will not change his mind, ‘You are a priest forever, according to the order of Melchizedek.’”

C’est donc d’une beaucoup plus excellente alliance que la première, que Jésus a été fait le garant.

Tanto de mejor testamento es hecho fiador Jesús.

By so much was Jesus made a surety of a better testament.

By so much, Jesus has become the guarantee of a better covenant.

Et quant aux Sacrificateurs, il en a été fait plusieurs, à cause que la mort les empêchait d’être perpétuels.

Y los otros cierto fueron muchos sacerdotes, en cuanto por la muerte no podían permanecer.

And they truly were many priests, because they were not suffered to continue by reason of death:

Many, indeed, have been made priests, because they are hindered from continuing by death.

Mais celui-ci, parce qu’il demeure éternellement, il a une Sacrificature perpétuelle.

Mas éste, por cuanto permanece para siempre, tiene un sacerdocio inmutable:

But this man, because he continueth ever, hath an unchangeable priesthood.

But he, because he lives forever, has his priesthood unchangeable.

C’est pourquoi aussi il peut sauver pour toujours ceux qui s’approchent de Dieu par lui, étant toujours vivant pour intercéder pour eux.

Por lo cual puede también salvar eternamente á los que por él se allegan á Dios, viviendo siempre para interceder por ellos.

Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.

Therefore he is also able to save to the uttermost those who draw near to God through him, seeing that he lives forever to make intercession for them.

Or il nous était convenable d’avoir un tel souverain Sacrificateur, saint, innocent, sans tache, séparé des pécheurs, et élevé au-dessus des cieux ;

Porque tal pontífice nos convenía: santo, inocente, limpio, apartado de los pecadores, y hecho más sublime que los cielos;

For such an high priest became us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and made higher than the heavens;

For such a high priest was fitting for us: holy, guiltless, undefiled, separated from sinners, and made higher than the heavens;

Qui n’eût pas besoin, comme les souverains Sacrificateurs, d’offrir tous les jours des sacrifices, premièrement pour ses péchés, et ensuite pour ceux du peuple, vu qu’il a fait cela une fois, s’étant offert lui-même.

Que no tiene necesidad cada día, como los otros sacerdotes, de ofrecer primero sacrificios por sus pecados, y luego por los del pueblo: porque esto lo hizo una sola vez, ofreciéndose á sí mismo.

Who needeth not daily, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifice, first for his own sins, and then for the people’s: for this he did once, when he offered up himself.

who doesn’t need, like those high priests, to offer up sacrifices daily, first for his own sins, and then for the sins of the people. For he did this once for all, when he offered up himself.

Car la Loi ordonne pour souverains Sacrificateurs des hommes faibles ; mais la parole du serment qui a été fait après la Loi, ordonne le Fils, qui est consacré pour toujours.

Porque la ley constituye sacerdotes á hombres flacos; mas la palabra del juramento, después de la ley, constituye al Hijo, hecho perfecto para siempre.

For the law maketh men high priests which have infirmity; but the word of the oath, which was since the law, maketh the Son, who is consecrated for evermore.

For the law appoints men as high priests who have weakness, but the word of the oath, which came after the law, appoints a Son forever who has been perfected.
