Denn wo ein Testament †vorliegt, muss notwendigerweise der Tod des Erblassers beigebracht werden.

Porque donde hay testamento, necesario es que intervenga muerte del testador.

For where a testament is, there must also of necessity be the death of the testator.

For where a last will and testament is, there must of necessity be the death of him who made it.
