Ahora bien, en el caso de un testamento, es necesario comprobar la muerte del que lo hizo,

Porque donde hay testamento, necesario es que intervenga muerte del testador.

For where a testament is, there must also of necessity be the death of the testator.

For where a last will and testament is, there must of necessity be the death of him who made it.
