For a covenant is affirmed over those dead, since it never has force when the covenanting one is living.

Porque el testamento con la muerte es confirmado; de otra manera no es válido entre tanto que el testador vive.

For a testament is of force after men are dead: otherwise it is of no strength at all while the testator liveth.

For a will is in force where there has been death, for it is never in force while he who made it lives.
