pues un testamento sólo tiene valor cuando la persona que lo hizo haya muerto. Mientras esa persona esté viva no tendrá ningún valor.

Porque el testamento con la muerte es confirmado; de otra manera no es válido entre tanto que el testador vive.

For a testament is of force after men are dead: otherwise it is of no strength at all while the testator liveth.

For a will is in force where there has been death, for it is never in force while he who made it lives.
