Ahora el primer pacto tenía sus reglas de adoración y en un santuario terrenal.

TENÍA empero también el primer pacto reglamentos del culto, y santuario mundano.

Then verily the first covenant had also ordinances of divine service, and a worldly sanctuary.

Now indeed even the first covenant had ordinances of divine service and an earthly sanctuary.

Porque él primer santuario estaba listo así: en la primera parte teniendo él candelabro y la mesa y el orden del pan consagrado a Dios; y este se llama El lugar santo.

Porque el tabernáculo fué hecho: el primero, en que estaban las lámparas, y la mesa, y los panes de la proposición; lo que llaman el Santuario.

For there was a tabernacle made; the first, wherein was the candlestick, and the table, and the shewbread; which is called the sanctuary.

For a tabernacle was prepared. In the first part were the lamp stand, the table, and the show bread, which is called the Holy Place.

Y dentro del segundo velo estaba el lugar que se llama el Lugar Santísimo.

Tras el segundo velo estaba el tabernáculo, que llaman el Lugar Santísimo;

And after the second veil, the tabernacle which is called the Holiest of all;

After the second veil was the tabernacle which is called the Holy of Holies,

Con una vasija de oro para quemar perfumes, y el arca del pacto, que estaba cubierta de oro, y que tenía en ella una vasija de oro para el maná, y la vara de Aarón que reverdeció, y las piedras con la redacción del pacto de los Diez mandamientos;

El cual tenía un incensario de oro, y el arca del pacto cubierta de todas partes alrededor de oro; en la que estaba una urna de oro que contenía el maná, y la vara de Aarón que reverdeció, y las tablas del pacto;

Which had the golden censer, and the ark of the covenant overlaid round about with gold, wherein was the golden pot that had manna, and Aaron’s rod that budded, and the tables of the covenant;

having a golden altar of incense and the ark of the covenant overlaid on all sides with gold, in which was a golden pot holding the manna, Aaron’s rod that budded, and the tablets of the covenant;

Y sobre ella estaban los querubines de gloria con sus alas cubriendo el trono de la gracia; sobre lo cual no es posible ahora hablar en detalle.

Y sobre ella los querubines de gloria que cubrían el propiciatorio; de las cuales cosas no se puede ahora hablar en particular.

And over it the cherubims of glory shadowing the mercyseat; of which we can not now speak particularly.

and above it cherubim of glory overshadowing the mercy seat, of which things we can’t speak now in detail.

Mientras estas cosas existían, los sacerdotes entraban en la primera tienda en todo momento, para orar y hacer ofrendas.

Y estas cosas así ordenadas, en el primer tabernáculo siempre entraban los sacerdotes para hacer los oficios del culto;

Now when these things were thus ordained, the priests went always into the first tabernacle, accomplishing the service of God.

Now these things having been thus prepared, the priests go in continually into the first tabernacle, accomplishing the services,

Pero solo el sumo sacerdote entraba en el segundo, una vez al año, no sin hacer una ofrenda de sangre por sí mismo y por los pecados cometidos en ignorancia del pueblo:

Mas en el segundo, sólo el pontífice una vez en el año, no sin sangre, la cual ofrece por sí mismo, y por los pecados de ignorancia del pueblo:

But into the second went the high priest alone once every year, not without blood, which he offered for himself, and for the errors of the people:

but into the second the high priest alone, once in the year, not without blood, which he offers for himself and for the errors of the people.

El Espíritu Santo daba a entender con esto que, mientras la primera parte del Santuario siga sirviendo para él culto, él camino al lugar Santísimo no estaba abierto;

Dando en esto á entender el Espíritu Santo, que aun no estaba descubierto el camino para el santuario, entre tanto que el primer tabernáculo estuviese en pie.

The Holy Ghost this signifying, that the way into the holiest of all was not yet made manifest, while as the first tabernacle was yet standing:

The Holy Spirit is indicating this, that the way into the Holy Place wasn’t yet revealed while the first tabernacle was still standing.

Y esta es una imagen del tiempo presente; cuando las ofrendas y sacrificios que se dan no pueden limpiar completamente el corazón del adorador,

Lo cual era figura de aquel tiempo presente, en el cual se ofrecían presentes y sacrificios que no podían hacer perfecto, cuanto á la conciencia, al que servía con ellos;

Which was a figure for the time then present, in which were offered both gifts and sacrifices, that could not make him that did the service perfect, as pertaining to the conscience;

This is a symbol of the present age, where gifts and sacrifices are offered that are incapable, concerning the conscience, of making the worshiper perfect,

Porque son solo reglas de la carne; ceremonias de purificación, formalismo, de comidas y bebidas, impuestas hasta que llegue el momento en que Dios cambie las cosas.

Consistiendo sólo en viandas y en bebidas, y en diversos lavamientos, y ordenanzas acerca de la carne, impuestas hasta el tiempo de la corrección.

Which stood only in meats and drinks, and divers washings, and carnal ordinances, imposed on them until the time of reformation.

being only (with foods and drinks and various washings) fleshly ordinances, imposed until a time of reformation.

Pero ahora Cristo ha venido como el sumo sacerdote de las cosas buenas del futuro, El Santuario donde él actúa como sacerdote es mejor y más perfecto, no hecha con manos, es decir, no de este mundo,

Mas estando ya presente Cristo, pontífice de los bienes que habían de venir, por el más amplio y más perfecto tabernáculo, no hecho de manos, es á saber, no de esta creación;

But Christ being come an high priest of good things to come, by a greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say, not of this building;

But Christ having come as a high priest of the coming good things, through the greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say, not of this creation,

Y ha ido una vez y para siempre al lugar Santísimo, habiendo obtenido la salvación eterna para nosotros, no a través de la sangre de las cabras y los becerros, sino a través de su sangre.

Y no por sangre de machos cabríos ni de becerros, mas por su propia sangre, entró una sola vez en el santuario, habiendo obtenido eterna redención.

Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us.

nor yet through the blood of goats and calves, but through his own blood, entered in once for all into the Holy Place, having obtained eternal redemption.

Porque si la sangre de las cabras y de los bueyes, y las cenizas de las becerras, rociadas sobre los inmundos, santifica y purifica la carne por fuera :

Porque si la sangre de los toros y de los machos cabríos, y la ceniza de la becerra, rociada á los inmundos, santifica para la purificación de la carne,

For if the blood of bulls and of goats, and the ashes of an heifer sprinkling the unclean, sanctifieth to the purifying of the flesh:

For if the blood of goats and bulls, and the ashes of a heifer sprinkling those who have been defiled, sanctify to the cleanness of the flesh,

Cuánto más la sangre de Cristo, que estando sin pecado, hizo una ¿Ofrenda a Dios por medio de él Espíritu eterno, purificará sus conciencias de las obras muertas para ser siervos del Dios viviente?

¿Cuánto más la sangre de Cristo, el cual por el Espíritu eterno se ofreció á sí mismo sin mancha á Dios, limpiará vuestras conciencias de las obras de muerte para que sirváis al Dios vivo?

How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?

how much more will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without defect to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?

Y por esta causa es por medio de él que ha surgido un nuevo pacto, Jesucristo intervino con su muerte, a fin de unir a Dios y los hombres mediante un pacto y testamento, para que sean perdonados los pecados cometidos bajo el primer pacto, y para los que Dios ha llamado puedan recibir la herencia eterna que él les ha prometido.

Así que, por eso es mediador del nuevo testamento, para que interviniendo muerte para la remisión de las rebeliones que había bajo del primer testamento, los que son llamados reciban la promesa de la herencia eterna.

And for this cause he is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance.

For this reason he is the mediator of a new covenant, since a death has occurred for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first covenant, that those who have been called may receive the promise of the eternal inheritance.

Porque donde hay un testamento, tiene que haber la muerte del hombre que lo hizo.

Porque donde hay testamento, necesario es que intervenga muerte del testador.

For where a testament is, there must also of necessity be the death of the testator.

For where a last will and testament is, there must of necessity be the death of him who made it.

Porque un testamento tiene efecto después de la muerte; porque ¿qué poder tiene mientras el hombre que lo hizo está vivo?

Porque el testamento con la muerte es confirmado; de otra manera no es válido entre tanto que el testador vive.

For a testament is of force after men are dead: otherwise it is of no strength at all while the testator liveth.

For a will is in force where there has been death, for it is never in force while he who made it lives.

De modo que incluso el primer pacto no se hizo sin sangre.

De donde vino que ni aun el primero fué consagrado sin sangre.

Whereupon neither the first testament was dedicated without blood.

Therefore even the first covenant has not been dedicated without blood.

Porque cuando Moisés había dado todas las normas de la ley al pueblo, tomó sangre de cabrío y los becerros, con agua, lana roja e hisopo, y la puso en el libro mismo y en todo el pueblo,

Porque habiendo leído Moisés todos los mandamientos de la ley á todo el pueblo, tomando la sangre de los becerros y de los machos cabríos, con agua, y lana de grana, é hisopo, roció al mismo libro, y también á todo el pueblo,

For when Moses had spoken every precept to all the people according to the law, he took the blood of calves and of goats, with water, and scarlet wool, and hyssop, and sprinkled both the book, and all the people,

For when every commandment had been spoken by Moses to all the people according to the law, he took the blood of the calves and the goats, with water and scarlet wool and hyssop, and sprinkled both the book itself and all the people,

Diciendo: Esta sangre confirma el pacto que Dios ha hecho con ustedes.

Diciendo: Esta es la sangre del testamento que Dios os ha mandado.

Saying, This is the blood of the testament which God hath enjoined unto you.

saying, “This is the blood of the covenant which God has commanded you.”

Y de la misma manera, la sangre fue puesta en santuario en todos los objetos santos que se usaban en el culto.

Y además de esto roció también con la sangre el tabernáculo y todos los vasos del ministerio.

Moreover he sprinkled with blood both the tabernacle, and all the vessels of the ministry.

He sprinkled the tabernacle and all the vessels of the ministry in the same way with the blood.

Y por la ley casi todas las cosas se purifican con sangre, y sin derramar sangre no hay perdón de pecados.

Y casi todo es purificado según la ley con sangre; y sin derramamiento de sangre no se hace remisión.

And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission.

According to the law, nearly everything is cleansed with blood, and apart from shedding of blood there is no remission.

De manera que era necesario tales sacrificios para purificar aquellas cosas que son copia de lo celestial; pero las cosas celestiales necesitan mejores sacrificios que estos.

Fué, pues, necesario que las figuras de las cosas celestiales fuesen purificadas con estas cosas; empero las mismas cosas celestiales con mejores sacrificios que éstos.

It was therefore necessary that the patterns of things in the heavens should be purified with these; but the heavenly things themselves with better sacrifices than these.

It was necessary therefore that the copies of the things in the heavens should be cleansed with these, but the heavenly things themselves with better sacrifices than these.

Porque Cristo no entró en un lugar santo que había sido hecho por manos de hombres como la copia del verdadero; pero él fue al cielo mismo y ahora toma su lugar ante el rostro de Dios por nosotros.

Porque no entró Cristo en el santuario hecho de mano, figura del verdadero, sino en el mismo cielo para presentarse ahora por nosotros en la presencia de Dios.

For Christ is not entered into the holy places made with hands, which are the figures of the true; but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us:

For Christ hasn’t entered into holy places made with hands, which are representations of the true, but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us;

Y no tuvo que hacer una ofrenda de sí mismo una y otra vez, como el sumo sacerdote va al Lugar Santísimo cada año con sangre que no es suya;

Y no para ofrecerse muchas veces á sí mismo, como entra el pontífice en el santuario cada año con sangre ajena;

Nor yet that he should offer himself often, as the high priest entereth into the holy place every year with blood of others;

nor yet that he should offer himself often, as the high priest enters into the holy place year by year with blood not his own,

Porque entonces él habría sufrido varias muertes desde el tiempo de la creación del mundo; pero ahora ha venido a nosotros en él final de los tiempos, para quitar el pecado mediante la ofrenda de sí mismo.

De otra manera fuera necesario que hubiera padecido muchas veces desde el principio del mundo: mas ahora una vez en la consumación de los siglos, para deshacimiento del pecado se presentó por el sacrificio de sí mismo.

For then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once in the end of the world hath he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself.

or else he must have suffered often since the foundation of the world. But now once at the end of the ages, he has been revealed to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself.

Y porque por la ley de Dios la muerte viene a los hombres una vez, y después de eso son juzgados;

Y de la manera que está establecido á los hombres que mueran una vez, y después el juicio;

And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:

Inasmuch as it is appointed for men to die once, and after this, judgment,

De modo que Cristo, habiendo recibido en su primera venida los pecados de los hombres, será visto por segunda vez, sin pecado, por los que lo esperan, para su salvación.

Así también Cristo fué ofrecido una vez para agotar los pecados de muchos; y la segunda vez, sin pecado, será visto de los que le esperan para salud.

So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.

so Christ also, having been offered once to bear the sins of many, will appear a second time, not to deal with sin, but to save those who are eagerly waiting for him.
