Je les menais par des cordeaux d'humanité et par des liens d'amour, et j'ai fait pour eux comme si l'on soulevait un joug de dessus leurs mâchoires, et je les ai fait manger à leur aise.

Con cuerdas humanas los traje, con cuerdas de amor: y fuí para ellos como los que alzan el yugo de sobre sus mejillas, y llegué hacia él la comida.

I drew them with cords of a man, with bands of love: and I was to them as they that take off the yoke on their jaws, and I laid meat unto them.
