He shall not return into the land of Egypt, but the Assyrian shall be his king, because they refused to return.
“They won’t return into the land of Egypt; but the Assyrian will be their king, because they refused to repent.
A espada cairá sobre suas cidades e destruirá as trancas das suas portas; serão destruídas por causa do seus próprios planos.
Y caerá espada sobre sus ciudades, y consumirá sus aldeas; consumirálas á causa de sus consejos.
And the sword shall abide on his cities, and shall consume his branches, and devour them, because of their own counsels.
The sword will fall on their cities, and will destroy the bars of their gates, and will put an end to their plans.
Meu povo está determinado a se virar contra Mim. Embora eles Me chamem de Altíssimo, ninguém os ajudará.
Entre tanto, está mi pueblo adherido á la rebelión contra mí: aunque lo llaman al Altísimo, ninguno absolutamente quiere ensalzarle.
And my people are bent to backsliding from me: though they called them to the most High, none at all would exalt him.
My people are determined to turn from me. Though they call to the Most High, he certainly won’t exalt them.
Como desistirei de ti, Efraim? Como te entregarei, Israel? Como te farei como Admá? Ou como Zeboim? Meu coração se comove dentro de Mim; toda Minha compaixão está agitada.
¿Cómo tengo de dejarte, oh Ehpraim? ¿he de entregarte yo, Israel? ¿cómo podré yo hacerte como Adma, ni ponerte como á Zeboim? Mi corazón se revuelve dentro de mí, inflámanse todas mis conmiseraciones.
How shall I give thee up, Ephraim? how shall I deliver thee, Israel? how shall I make thee as Admah? how shall I set thee as Zeboim? mine heart is turned within me, my repentings are kindled together.
“How can I give you up, Ephraim? How can I hand you over, Israel? How can I make you like Admah? How can I make you like Zeboiim? My heart is turned within me, my compassion is aroused.
Eu não vou executar Minha ira; não vou destruir Efraim. Pois Eu Sou Deus e não homem; Eu Sou O Santo entre vós, e não virei com Minha ira.
No ejecutaré el furor de mi ira, no volveré para destruir á Ephraim: porque Dios soy, y no hombre; el Santo en medio de ti: y no entraré en la ciudad.
I will not execute the fierceness of mine anger, I will not return to destroy Ephraim: for I am God, and not man; the Holy One in the midst of thee: and I will not enter into the city.

Eles seguirão Yahweh; e Ele rugirá como o leão. Quando Ele rugir, seus filhos virão tremendo do oeste.

They shall walk after the LORD: he shall roar like a lion: when he shall roar, then the children shall tremble from the west.
They will walk after the LORD, who will roar like a lion; for he will roar, and the children will come trembling from the west.
Eles virão tremendo como um pássaro, os do Egito; e como uma pomba, os da terra da Assíria. Eu os farei viver nas suas casas" — esta é a declaração de Yahweh.
Como ave se moverán velozmente de Egipto, y de la tierra de Asiria como paloma; y pondrélos en sus casas, dice Jehová.
They shall tremble as a bird out of Egypt, and as a dove out of the land of Assyria: and I will place them in their houses, saith the LORD.

Ephraim compasseth me about with lies, and the house of Israel with deceit: but Judah yet ruleth with God, and is faithful with the saints.
Ephraim surrounds me with falsehood, and the house of Israel with deceit. Judah still strays from God, and is unfaithful to the Holy One.
