Oseas 12

Pero Efraín ha hecho enojar al Señor, le ha causado un gran disgusto con sus actos violentos. Por eso el Señor le hará pagar por sus crímenes y hará que el mal que hizo se vuelva en su contra.

Y por profeta hizo subir Jehová á Israel de Egipto, y por profeta fué guardado. Enojado ha Ephraim á Dios con amarguras; por tanto, sus sangres se derramarán sobre él, y su Señor le pagará su oprobio.

Ephraim provoked him to anger most bitterly: therefore shall he leave his blood upon him, and his reproach shall his Lord return unto him.

Ephraim has bitterly provoked anger. Therefore his blood will be left on him, and his Lord will repay his contempt.
