(H12-4) Nel seno materno egli prese il fratello per il calcagno, e, nel suo vigore, lottò con Dio;

Pleito tiene Jehová con Judá para visitar á Jacob conforme á sus caminos: pagarále conforme á sus obras.

He took his brother by the heel in the womb, and by his strength he had power with God:

In the womb he took his brother by the heel, and in his manhood he contended with God.
