A las palabras que pronunció Jeroboam, rey de Efraín, se intimidó Israel, y pecó adorando a Baal, con lo cual quedó como un muerto.

CUANDO Ephraim hablaba, hubo temor; fué ensalzado en Israel; mas pecó en Baal, y murió.
