Périsse Samarie, puisqu'elle a trahi son Dieu! Ils tomberont sous le glaive, leurs jeunes enfants seront mis en pièces, leurs femmes enceintes éventrées.

CONVIÉRTETE, oh Israel, á Jehová tu Dios: porque por tu pecado has caído.

O Israel, return unto the LORD thy God; for thou hast fallen by thine iniquity.

Israel, return to the LORD your God; for you have fallen because of your sin.

Reviens, Israël, jusqu'à l'Eternel, ton Dieu; car tu n'es tombé que par ton péché.

Tomad con vosotros palabras, y convertíos á Jehová, y decidle: Quita toda iniquidad, y acepta el bien, y daremos becerros de nuestros labios.

Take with you words, and turn to the LORD: say unto him, Take away all iniquity, and receive us graciously: so will we render the calves of our lips.

Take words with you, and return to the LORD. Tell him, “Forgive all our sins, and accept that which is good; so we offer bulls as we vowed of our lips.

Armez-vous de paroles †suppliantes et revenez au Seigneur! Dites-lui: "Fais grâce entière à la faute, agrée la réparation nous voulons remplacer les taureaux par cette promesse de nos lèvres.

No nos librará Assur; no subiremos sobre caballos, ni nunca más diremos á la obra de nuestras manos: Dioses nuestros: porque en ti el huérfano alcanzará misericordia.

Asshur shall not save us; we will not ride upon horses: neither will we say any more to the work of our hands, Ye are our gods: for in thee the fatherless findeth mercy.

Assyria can’t save us. We won’t ride on horses; neither will we say any more to the work of our hands, ‘Our gods!’ for in you the fatherless finds mercy.”

Nous ne voulons plus de l'appui d'Achour, nous ne monterons plus sur les chevaux †de l'étranger, et nous ne dirons plus: "Nos dieux!" à l'œuvre de nos mains; car auprès de toi seul le délaissé trouve compassion.

Yo medicinaré su rebelión, amarélos de voluntad: porque mi furor se apartó de ellos.

I will heal their backsliding, I will love them freely: for mine anger is turned away from him.

“I will heal their waywardness. I will love them freely; for my anger is turned away from them.

Alors je les guérirai de leur égarement, je les aimerai avec abandon, parce que ma colère sera désarmée.

Yo seré á Israel como rocío; él florecerá como lirio, y extenderá sus raíces como el Líbano.

I will be as the dew unto Israel: he shall grow as the lily, and cast forth his roots as Lebanon.

I will be like the dew to Israel. He will blossom like the lily, and send down his roots like Lebanon.

Je serai pour Israël comme la rosée, il fleurira comme le lis et enfoncera ses racines comme †le cèdre du Liban.

Extenderse han sus ramos, y será su gloria como la de la oliva, y olerá como el Líbano.

His branches shall spread, and his beauty shall be as the olive tree, and his smell as Lebanon.

His branches will spread, and his beauty will be like the olive tree, and his fragrance like Lebanon.

Ses rejetons s'étendront au loin; il aura la beauté de l'olivier, la senteur embaumée du Liban!

Volverán, y se sentarán bajo de su sombra: serán vivificados como trigo, y florecerán como la vid: su olor, como de vino del Líbano.

They that dwell under his shadow shall return; they shall revive as the corn, and grow as the vine: the scent thereof shall be as the wine of Lebanon.

Men will dwell in his shade. They will revive like the grain, and blossom like the vine. Their fragrance will be like the wine of Lebanon.

De nouveau, ceux qu'il abritait à son ombre ranimeront la culture du blé, et s'épanouiront eux-mêmes comme la vigne; il sera renommé comme le vin du Liban.

Ephraim dirá: ¿Qué más tendré ya con los ídolos? Yo lo oiré, y miraré; yo seré á él como la haya verde: de mí será hallado tu fruto.

Ephraim shall say, What have I to do any more with idols? I have heard him, and observed him: I am like a green fir tree. From me is thy fruit found.

Ephraim, what have I to do any more with idols? I answer, and will take care of him. I am like a green cypress tree; from me your fruit is found.”

Ephraïm, qu'ai-je donc de commun avec les idoles? Moi seul j'exauce, je vois tout; semblable à un cyprès toujours vert, je suis la source de tous tes biens.

¿Quién es sabio para que entienda esto, y prudente para que lo sepa? Porque los caminos de Jehová son derechos, y los justos andarán por ellos: mas los rebeldes en ellos caerán.

Who is wise, and he shall understand these things? prudent, and he shall know them? for the ways of the LORD are right, and the just shall walk in them: but the transgressors shall fall therein.

Who is wise, that he may understand these things? Who is prudent, that he may know them? For the ways of the LORD are right, and the righteous walk in them, but the rebellious stumble in them.

Qui est sage pour comprendre ces choses, intelligent pour le reconnaître? Droites sont les voies de l'Eternel, les justes y marchent ferme, les pécheurs y trébuchent."
