1Estos son los mensajes que el Señor le comunicó a Oseas, hijo de Beerí, durante los reinados de Uzías, Jotán, Acaz y Ezequías, quienes fueron reyes de Judá; y durante el reinado de Jeroboán, hijo de Joás, que fue rey de Israel.
