Plaidez, plaidez avec votre mère, car elle n’est point ma femme, et aussi ne suis-je point son mari ; et qu’elle ôte ses prostitutions de devant elle, et ses adultères de son sein.
Pleitead con vuestra madre, pleitead; porque ella no es mi mujer, ni yo su marido; quite pues sus fornicaciones de su rostro, y sus adulterios de entre sus pechos;
Plead with your mother, plead: for she is not my wife, neither am I her husband: let her therefore put away her whoredoms out of her sight, and her adulteries from between her breasts;
Contend with your mother! Contend, for she is not my wife, neither am I her husband; and let her put away her prostitution from her face, and her adulteries from between her breasts;
De peur que je ne manifeste sa nudité, que je ne la remette dans l’état où elle était le jour qu’elle naquit, que je ne la réduise en désert, et que je ne la fasse être comme une terre sèche, et ne la fasse mourir de soif.
No sea que yo la despoje desnuda, y la haga tornar como el día en que nació, y la ponga como un desierto, y la deje como tierra seca, y la mate de sed.

Et que je n’use point de miséricorde envers ses enfants, car ce sont des enfants de prostitution.
Ni tendré misericordia de sus hijos: porque son hijos de fornicaciones.
And I will not have mercy upon her children; for they be the children of whoredoms.
Indeed, on her children I will have no mercy, for they are children of unfaithfulness.
Parce que leur mère s’est prostituée, celle qui les a conçus s’est déshonorée, car elle a dit : Je m’en irai après ceux que j’aime, qui me donnent mon pain et mes eaux, ma laine, et mon lin, mon huile, et mes boissons.
Porque su madre fornicó; la que los engendró fué avergonzada; porque dijo: Iré tras mis amantes, que me dan mi pan y mi agua, mi lana y mi lino, mi aceite y mi bebida.
For their mother hath played the harlot: she that conceived them hath done shamefully: for she said, I will go after my lovers, that give me my bread and my water, my wool and my flax, mine oil and my drink.

C’est pourquoi, voici, je boucherai d’épines ton chemin, et je ferai une cloison de pierres, en sorte qu’elle ne trouvera point ses sentiers.

C’est pourquoi je viendrai à reprendre mon froment en son temps, et mon vin en sa saison, et je retirerai ma laine et mon lin qui couvraient sa nudité.
Por tanto yo tornaré, y tomaré mi trigo á su tiempo, y mi vino á su sazón, y quitaré mi lana y mi lino que había dado para cubrir su desnudez.
Therefore will I return, and take away my corn in the time thereof, and my wine in the season thereof, and will recover my wool and my flax given to cover her nakedness.
Therefore I will take back my grain in its time, and my new wine in its season, and will pluck away my wool and my flax which should have covered her nakedness.
Et maintenant je découvrirai sa turpitude devant les yeux de ceux qui l’aiment, et personne ne la délivrera de ma main.

Je ferai cesser toute sa joie, ses fêtes, ses nouvelles lunes, ses Sabbats, et toutes ses solennités.
Y haré cesar todo su gozo, sus fiestas, sus nuevas lunas y sus sábados, y todas sus festividades.
I will also cause all her mirth to cease, her feast days, her new moons, and her sabbaths, and all her solemn feasts.

Et je gâterai ses vignobles, et ses figuiers, desquels elle a dit : Ce sont ici mes salaires que ceux qui m’aiment m’ont donnés ; et je les réduirai en forêt, et les bêtes des champs les dévoreront.
Y haré talar sus vides y sus higueras, de que ha dicho: Mi salario me son, que me han dado mis amantes. Y reducirélas á un matorral, y las comerán las bestias del campo.
And I will destroy her vines and her fig trees, whereof she hath said, These are my rewards that my lovers have given me: and I will make them a forest, and the beasts of the field shall eat them.

Et je visiterai sur elle les jours des Bahalins, durant lesquels elle leur faisait des parfums, et se parait de ses bagues et de ses joyaux, et s’en allait après ceux qui l’aimaient, et m’oubliait, dit l’Eternel.
Y visitaré sobre ella los tiempos de los Baales, á los cuales incensaba, y adornábase de sus zarcillos y de sus joyeles, é íbase tras sus amantes olvidada de mí, dice Jehová.
And I will visit upon her the days of Baalim, wherein she burned incense to them, and she decked herself with her earrings and her jewels, and she went after her lovers, and forgat me, saith the LORD.

Y haré por ellos concierto en aquel tiempo con las bestias del campo, y con las aves del cielo, y con las serpientes de la tierra: y quebraré arco, y espada, y batalla de la tierra, y harélos dormir seguros.

And I will betroth thee unto me for ever; yea, I will betroth thee unto me in righteousness, and in judgment, and in lovingkindness, and in mercies.

Même je t’épouserai en fermeté, et tu connaîtras l’Eternel.
Y te desposaré conmigo en fe, y conocerás á Jehová.
I will even betroth thee unto me in faithfulness: and thou shalt know the LORD.

Et il arrivera en ce temps-là que je répondrai, dit l’Eternel, que je répondrai aux cieux, et les cieux répondront à la terre.
Y será que en aquel tiempo responderé, dice Jehová, yo responderé á los cielos, y ellos responderán á la tierra;
And it shall come to pass in that day, I will hear, saith the LORD, I will hear the heavens, and they shall hear the earth;
It will happen in that day, that I will respond,” says the LORD. “I will respond to the heavens, and they will respond to the earth;
Et la terre répondra au froment, au bon vin, et à l’huile ; et eux répondront à Jizréhel.
Y la tierra responderá al trigo, y al vino, y al aceite, y ellos responderán á Jezreel.
And the earth shall hear the corn, and the wine, and the oil; and they shall hear Jezreel.

Puis je la sèmerai pour moi en la terre, et je ferai miséricorde à Lo- ruhama ; et je dirai à Lo-hammi, tu es mon peuple ; et il me dira, mon Dieu. Retournez au Début
Y sembraréla para mí en la tierra, y tendré misericordia de Lo-ruhama: y diré á Lo-ammi: Pueblo mío tú; y él dirá: Dios mío.
And I will sow her unto me in the earth; and I will have mercy upon her that had not obtained mercy; and I will say to them which were not my people, Thou art my people; and they shall say, Thou art my God.
