13Quando Efraim ha veduto il suo male e Giuda la sua piaga, Efraim è andato verso l’Assiria, ed ha mandato dei messi a un re che lo difendesse; ma questi non potrà risanarvi, né vi guarirà della vostra piaga.

13When Ephraim saw his sickness, and Judah saw his wound, then went Ephraim to the Assyrian, and sent to king Jareb: yet could he not heal you, nor cure you of your wound.
