4Mas julgará com justiça aos pobres, e repreenderá com equidade aos humildes da terra; porém ferirá a terra com a vara de sua boca, e com o espírito de seus lábios matará ao perverso.

4Sino que juzgará con justicia á los pobres, y argüirá con equidad por los mansos de la tierra: y herirá la tierra con la vara de su boca, y con el espíritu de sus labios matará al impío.

4But with righteousness shall he judge the poor, and reprove with equity for the meek of the earth: and he shall smite the earth with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips shall he slay the wicked.

4but he will judge the poor with righteousness, and decide with equity for the humble of the earth. He will strike the earth with the rod of his mouth; and with the breath of his lips he will kill the wicked.
