Erhebet ein Panier auf kahlem Berge, rufet ihnen zu mit lauter Stimme, schwinget die Hand, daß sie einziehen in die Tore der Edlen!

Levantad bandera sobre un alto monte; alzad la voz á ellos, alzad la mano, para que entren por puertas de príncipes.

Lift ye up a banner upon the high mountain, exalt the voice unto them, shake the hand, that they may go into the gates of the nobles.

Set up a banner on the bare mountain! Lift up your voice to them! Wave your hand, that they may go into the gates of the nobles.

Ich habe meine Geheiligten entboten, auch meine Helden gerufen zu meinem Zorne, meine stolz Frohlockenden.

Yo mandé á mis santificados, asimismo llamé á mis valientes para mi ira, á los que se alegran con mi gloria.

I have commanded my sanctified ones, I have also called my mighty ones for mine anger, even them that rejoice in my highness.

I have commanded my consecrated ones; yes, I have called my mighty men for my anger, even my proudly exulting ones.

Horch! Ein Getümmel auf den Bergen, wie von einem großen Volke; horch! Ein Getöse von Königreichen versammelter Nationen: Jehova der Heerscharen mustert ein Kriegsheer,

Murmullo de multitud en los montes, como de mucho pueblo; murmullo de ruido de reinos, de gentes reunidas: Jehová de los ejércitos ordena las tropas de la batalla.

The noise of a multitude in the mountains, like as of a great people; a tumultuous noise of the kingdoms of nations gathered together: the LORD of hosts mustereth the host of the battle.

The noise of a multitude is in the mountains, as of a great people; the noise of an uproar of the kingdoms of the nations gathered together! The LORD of Armies is mustering the army for the battle.

aus fernem Lande Gekommene, vom Ende des Himmels, Jehova und die Werkzeuge seines Grimmes, um das ganze Land zu verderben.

Vienen de lejana tierra, de lo postrero de los cielos, Jehová y los instrumentos de su furor, para destruir toda la tierra.

They come from a far country, from the end of heaven, even the LORD, and the weapons of his indignation, to destroy the whole land.

Heulet, denn nahe ist der Tag Jehovas; er kommt wie eine Verwüstung vom Allmächtigen.

Howl ye; for the day of the LORD is at hand; it shall come as a destruction from the Almighty.

Darum werden alle Hände erschlaffen, und jedes Menschenherz wird zerschmelzen.

Por tanto, se enervarán todas la manos, y desleiráse todo corazón de hombre:

Therefore shall all hands be faint, and every man’s heart shall melt:

Und sie werden bestürzt sein, Wehen und Schmerzen werden sie ergreifen, sie werden sich winden gleich einer Gebärenden; einer starrt den anderen an, ihre Angesichter glühen.

Y se llenarán de terror; angustias y dolores los comprenderán; tendrán dolores como mujer de parto; pasmaráse cada cual al mirar á su compañero; sus rostros, rostros de llamas.

And they shall be afraid: pangs and sorrows shall take hold of them; they shall be in pain as a woman that travaileth: they shall be amazed one at another; their faces shall be as flames.

They will be dismayed. Pangs and sorrows will seize them. They will be in pain like a woman in labor. They will look in amazement one at another. Their faces will be faces of flame.

Siehe, der Tag Jehovas kommt grausam, und Grimm und Zornglut, um die Erde zur Wüste zu machen; und ihre Sünder wird er von derselben vertilgen.

He aquí el día de Jehová viene, crudo, y de saña y ardor de ira, para tornar la tierra en soledad, y raer de ella sus pecadores.

Behold, the day of the LORD cometh, cruel both with wrath and fierce anger, to lay the land desolate: and he shall destroy the sinners thereof out of it.

Denn die Sterne des Himmels und seine Gestirne werden ihr Licht nicht leuchten lassen; die Sonne wird finster sein bei ihrem Aufgang, und der Mond wird sein Licht nicht scheinen lassen.

Por lo cual las estrellas de los cielos y sus luceros no derramarán su lumbre; y el sol se oscurecerá en naciendo, y la luna no echará su resplandor.

For the stars of heaven and the constellations thereof shall not give their light: the sun shall be darkened in his going forth, and the moon shall not cause her light to shine.

Und ich werde an dem Erdkreis heimsuchen die Bosheit, und an den Gesetzlosen ihre Missetat; und ich werde ein Ende machen dem Hochmut der Stolzen und die Hoffart der Gewalttätigen erniedrigen.

Y visitaré la maldad sobre el mundo, y sobre los impíos su iniquidad; y haré que cese la arrogancia de los soberbios, y abatiré la altivez de los fuertes.

And I will punish the world for their evil, and the wicked for their iniquity; and I will cause the arrogancy of the proud to cease, and will lay low the haughtiness of the terrible.

Ich will den Sterblichen kostbarer machen als gediegenes Gold, und den Menschen als Gold von Ophir.

Haré más precioso que el oro fino al varón, y más que el oro de Ophir al hombre.

I will make a man more precious than fine gold; even a man than the golden wedge of Ophir.

I will make people more rare than fine gold, even a person than the pure gold of Ophir.

Darum werde ich die Himmel erzittern machen, und die Erde wird aufbeben von ihrer Stelle: beim Grimme Jehovas der Heerscharen und am Tage seiner Zornglut.

Porque haré estremecer los cielos, y la tierra se moverá de su lugar, en la indignación de Jehová de los ejércitos, y en el día de la ira de su furor.

Therefore I will shake the heavens, and the earth shall remove out of her place, in the wrath of the LORD of hosts, and in the day of his fierce anger.

Therefore I will make the heavens tremble, and the earth will be shaken out of its place in the LORD of Armies’ wrath, and in the day of his fierce anger.

Und es wird sein wie mit einer verscheuchten Gazelle und wie mit einer Herde, die niemand sammelt: ein jeder wird sich zu seinem Volke wenden, und ein jeder in sein Land fliehen.

Y será que como corza amontada, y como oveja sin pastor, cada cual mirará hacia su pueblo, y cada uno huirá á su tierra.

And it shall be as the chased roe, and as a sheep that no man taketh up: they shall every man turn to his own people, and flee every one into his own land.

It will happen that like a hunted gazelle and like sheep that no one gathers, they will each turn to their own people, and will each flee to their own land.

Wer irgend gefunden wird, wird durchbohrt werden; und wer irgend erhascht wird, wird durchs Schwert fallen.

Cualquiera que fuere hallado, será alanceado; y cualquiera que á ellos se juntare, caerá á cuchillo.

Every one that is found shall be thrust through; and every one that is joined unto them shall fall by the sword.

Everyone who is found will be thrust through. Everyone who is captured will fall by the sword.

Und ihre Kinder werden vor ihren Augen zerschmettert, ihre Häuser geplündert und ihre Weiber geschändet werden.

Sus niños serán estrellados delante de ellos; sus casas serán saqueadas, y forzadas sus mujeres.

Their children also shall be dashed to pieces before their eyes; their houses shall be spoiled, and their wives ravished.

Their infants also will be dashed in pieces before their eyes. Their houses will be ransacked, and their wives raped.

Siehe, ich erwecke wider sie die Meder, welche Silber nicht achten, und an Gold kein Gefallen haben.

He aquí que yo despierto contra ellos á los Medos, que no curarán de la plata, ni codiciarán oro.

Behold, I will stir up the Medes against them, which shall not regard silver; and as for gold, they shall not delight in it.

Und ihre Bogen werden Jünglinge niederstrecken, und über die Leibesfrucht werden sie sich nicht erbarmen, ihr Auge wird der Kinder nicht schonen.

Y con arcos tirarán á los niños, y no tendrán misericordia de fruto de vientre, ni su ojo perdonará á hijos.

Und Babel, die Zierde der Königreiche, der Stolz des Hochmuts der Chaldäer, wird gleich sein der Umkehrung Sodoms und Gomorras durch Gott.

Y Babilonia, hermosura de reinos y ornamento de la grandeza de los Caldeos, será como Sodoma y Gomorra, á las que trastornó Dios.

And Babylon, the glory of kingdoms, the beauty of the Chaldees’ excellency, shall be as when God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah.

Es wird in Ewigkeit nicht bewohnt werden, und keine Niederlassung mehr sein von Geschlecht zu Geschlecht; und der Araber wird dort nicht zelten, und Hirten werden dort nicht lagern lassen.

Nunca más será habitada, ni se morará en ella de generación en generación; ni hincará allí tienda el Arabe, ni pastores tendrán allí majada:

It shall never be inhabited, neither shall it be dwelt in from generation to generation: neither shall the Arabian pitch tent there; neither shall the shepherds make their fold there.

It will never be inhabited, neither will it be lived in from generation to generation. The Arabian will not pitch a tent there, neither will shepherds make their flocks lie down there.

Aber Wüstentiere werden dort lagern, und ihre Häuser mit Uhus angefüllt sein; und Strauße werden dort wohnen und Böcke dort hüpfen;

Sino que dormirán allí bestias fieras, y sus casas se llenarán de hurones, allí habitarán hijas del buho, y allí saltarán peludos.

But wild beasts of the desert shall lie there; and their houses shall be full of doleful creatures; and owls shall dwell there, and satyrs shall dance there.

But wild animals of the desert will lie there, and their houses will be full of jackals. Ostriches will dwell there, and wild goats will frolic there.

und wilde Hunde werden heulen in seinen Palästen und Schakale in den Lustschlössern. Und seine Zeit steht nahe bevor, und seine Tage werden nicht verlängert werden.

Y en sus palacios gritarán gatos cervales, y chacales en sus casas de deleite: y abocado está á venir su tiempo, y sus días no se alargarán.

And the wild beasts of the islands shall cry in their desolate houses, and dragons in their pleasant palaces: and her time is near to come, and her days shall not be prolonged.

Hyenas will cry in their fortresses, and jackals in the pleasant palaces. Her time is near to come, and her days will not be prolonged.
