Sur une montagne dénudée élevez un étendard, appelez-les à grands cris, faites signe de la main, qu'ils franchissent les portes des triomphateurs!

Levantad bandera sobre un alto monte; alzad la voz á ellos, alzad la mano, para que entren por puertas de príncipes.

Lift ye up a banner upon the high mountain, exalt the voice unto them, shake the hand, that they may go into the gates of the nobles.

J'ai commandé ma troupe sainte, j'ai appelé, pour servir ma colère, mes guerriers, champions enthousiastes de ma grandeur.

Yo mandé á mis santificados, asimismo llamé á mis valientes para mi ira, á los que se alegran con mi gloria.

I have commanded my sanctified ones, I have also called my mighty ones for mine anger, even them that rejoice in my highness.

Une bruyante rumeur éclate sur les montagnes, on dirait la rumeur d'un peuple immense. C'est le bruit tumultueux d'empires, de nations rassemblées: I'Eternel-Cebaot passe en revue l'armée du combat.

Murmullo de multitud en los montes, como de mucho pueblo; murmullo de ruido de reinos, de gentes reunidas: Jehová de los ejércitos ordena las tropas de la batalla.

The noise of a multitude in the mountains, like as of a great people; a tumultuous noise of the kingdoms of nations gathered together: the LORD of hosts mustereth the host of the battle.

lls sont frappés d'épouvante les maux, les douleurs s'emparent d'eux; ils se tordent comme une femme en travail, ils se regardent l'un l'autre avec stupeur, leur visage est comme en feu.

Y se llenarán de terror; angustias y dolores los comprenderán; tendrán dolores como mujer de parto; pasmaráse cada cual al mirar á su compañero; sus rostros, rostros de llamas.

And they shall be afraid: pangs and sorrows shall take hold of them; they shall be in pain as a woman that travaileth: they shall be amazed one at another; their faces shall be as flames.

They will be dismayed. Pangs and sorrows will seize them. They will be in pain like a woman in labor. They will look in amazement one at another. Their faces will be faces of flame.

Oui, il arrive implacable, le jour du Seigneur, jour d'emportement et de violente colère, qui réduira la terre en solitude et en exterminera les criminels.

He aquí el día de Jehová viene, crudo, y de saña y ardor de ira, para tornar la tierra en soledad, y raer de ella sus pecadores.

Car je vais punir le globe de ses méfaits et les méchants de leur crime; je vais faire cesser l'orgueil des insolents, humilier l'arrogance des puissants.

Pour cela, je ferai trembler les cieux, et la terre sera ébranlée sur ses bases, par le courroux de l'Eternel-Cebaot, le jour où éclatera sa colère.

Porque haré estremecer los cielos, y la tierra se moverá de su lugar, en la indignación de Jehová de los ejércitos, y en el día de la ira de su furor.

Therefore I will shake the heavens, and the earth shall remove out of her place, in the wrath of the LORD of hosts, and in the day of his fierce anger.

On sera alors comme le cerf pourchassé, comme un troupeau que personne ne rassemble. Chacun se dirigera vers son peuple, chacun fuira dans son pays.

Y será que como corza amontada, y como oveja sin pastor, cada cual mirará hacia su pueblo, y cada uno huirá á su tierra.

Leurs nourrissons seront écrasés sous leurs yeux, leurs maisons pillées, leurs femmes violées.

Voici que j'excite contre eux les Mèdes, qui n'estiment point l'argent et ne font aucun cas de l'or.

Et Babylone, la perle des royaumes, la gloire, l'orgueil des Chaldéens sera, comme Sodome et Gomorrhe, bouleversée par l'Eternel.

Y Babilonia, hermosura de reinos y ornamento de la grandeza de los Caldeos, será como Sodoma y Gomorra, á las que trastornó Dios.

And Babylon, the glory of kingdoms, the beauty of the Chaldees’ excellency, shall be as when God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah.

Elle ne sera plus jamais habitée, et ne servira plus de résidence jusqu'à la fin des générations; l'Arabe n'y dressera pas sa tente, les pâtres n'y feront pas reposer leurs troupeaux.

Nunca más será habitada, ni se morará en ella de generación en generación; ni hincará allí tienda el Arabe, ni pastores tendrán allí majada:

It shall never be inhabited, neither shall it be dwelt in from generation to generation: neither shall the Arabian pitch tent there; neither shall the shepherds make their fold there.

Mais les bêtes sauvages y auront leur gîte, ses maisons seront pleines de hiboux; les autruches y éliront domicile et les boucs y prendront leurs ébats.

Sino que dormirán allí bestias fieras, y sus casas se llenarán de hurones, allí habitarán hijas del buho, y allí saltarán peludos.

But wild beasts of the desert shall lie there; and their houses shall be full of doleful creatures; and owls shall dwell there, and satyrs shall dance there.

But wild animals of the desert will lie there, and their houses will be full of jackals. Ostriches will dwell there, and wild goats will frolic there.

Les chiens sauvages hurleront dans ses palais et les chacals dans ses châteaux de plaisance. Le temps de sa fin avance rapidement, ses jours ne se prolongeront pas.

Y en sus palacios gritarán gatos cervales, y chacales en sus casas de deleite: y abocado está á venir su tiempo, y sus días no se alargarán.

And the wild beasts of the islands shall cry in their desolate houses, and dragons in their pleasant palaces: and her time is near to come, and her days shall not be prolonged.

Hyenas will cry in their fortresses, and jackals in the pleasant palaces. Her time is near to come, and her days will not be prolonged.
