Isaías 14

"Não te alegres, Filístia, porque a vara que te batia foi quebrada. Pois da raiz da serpente crescerá uma víbora, e o seu fruto será uma serpente voadora.

No te alegres tú, Filistea toda, por haberse quebrado la vara del que te hería; porque de la raíz de la culebra saldrá basilisco, y su fruto, ceraste volador.

Rejoice not thou, whole Palestina, because the rod of him that smote thee is broken: for out of the serpent’s root shall come forth a cockatrice, and his fruit shall be a fiery flying serpent.

Don’t rejoice, O Philistia, all of you, because the rod that struck you is broken; for out of the serpent’s root an adder will emerge, and his fruit will be a fiery flying serpent.
