Esta é a mensagem de Deus para o povo de Moabe: Numa só noite, suas cidades de Ar e Quir serão destruídas.

CARGA de Moab. Cierto, de noche fué destruída Ar-moab, fué puesta en silencio. Cierto, de noche fué destruída Kir-moab, reducida á silencio.
