A grievous vision is declared to me. The treacherous man deals treacherously, and the destroyer destroys. Go up, Elam; attack! I have stopped all of Media’s sighing.

Por tanto mis lomos se han llenado de dolor; angustias se apoderaron de mí, como angustias de mujer de parto: agobiéme oyendo, y al ver heme espantado.
Therefore are my loins filled with pain: pangs have taken hold upon me, as the pangs of a woman that travaileth: I was bowed down at the hearing of it; I was dismayed at the seeing of it.
Therefore my thighs are filled with anguish. Pains have seized me, like the pains of a woman in labor. I am in so much pain that I can’t hear. I am so dismayed that I can’t see.
Mein Herz schlägt wild, Schauder ängstigt mich; die Dämmerung, die ich liebe, hat er mir in Beben verwandelt.
Pasmóse mi corazón, el horror me ha intimidado; la noche de mi deseo se me tornó en espanto.
My heart panted, fearfulness affrighted me: the night of my pleasure hath he turned into fear unto me.

And he saw a chariot with a couple of horsemen, a chariot of asses, and a chariot of camels; and he hearkened diligently with much heed:
When he sees a troop, horsemen in pairs, a troop of donkeys, a troop of camels, he shall listen diligently with great attentiveness.”
und er rief wie ein Löwe: Herr, ich stehe auf der Turmwarte beständig bei Tag, und auf meinem Wachtposten stehe ich da alle Nächte hindurch!

And he cried, A lion: My lord, I stand continually upon the watchtower in the daytime, and I am set in my ward whole nights:

And, behold, here cometh a chariot of men, with a couple of horsemen. And he answered and said, Babylon is fallen, is fallen; and all the graven images of her gods he hath broken unto the ground.
Behold, here comes a troop of men, horsemen in pairs.” He answered, “Fallen, fallen is Babylon; and all the engraved images of her gods are broken to the ground.
Du mein Gedroschenes und Sohn meiner Tenne! Was ich von dem HERRN der Heerscharen, dem Gott Israels, gehört, habe ich euch verkündigt.

Ausspruch über Duma. Aus Seir ruft man mir zu: Wächter, wie weit ist es in der Nacht? Wächter, wie weit in der Nacht?

Ausspruch über Arabien. In der Wildnis von Arabien müsst ihr übernachten, Karawanen der Dedaniter.

Denn sie flüchten vor den Schwertern, vor dem gezückten Schwert und vor dem gespannten Bogen und vor der Wucht des Krieges.

For they fled from the swords, from the drawn sword, and from the bent bow, and from the grievousness of war.

Denn so hat der Herr zu mir gesprochen: Innerhalb eines Jahres, wie die Jahre eines Tagelöhners, wird alle Herrlichkeit Kedars verschwinden.
Porque así me ha dicho Jehová: De aquí á un año, semejante á años de mozo de soldada, toda la gloria de Cedar será deshecha;
For thus hath the Lord said unto me, Within a year, according to the years of an hireling, and all the glory of Kedar shall fail:

Und die übriggebliebene Zahl der Bogen, der Helden der Söhne Kedars, wird gering sein; denn der HERR, der Gott Israels, hat geredet.
Y las reliquias del número de los valientes flecheros, hijos de Cedar, serán apocadas: porque Jehová Dios de Israel lo ha dicho.
And the residue of the number of archers, the mighty men of the children of Kedar, shall be diminished: for the LORD God of Israel hath spoken it.
