CARGA del desierto de la mar. Como los torbellinos que pasan por el desierto en la región del mediodía, así vienen de la tierra horrenda.
The burden of the desert of the sea. As whirlwinds in the south pass through; so it cometh from the desert, from a terrible land.
The burden of the wilderness of the sea. As whirlwinds in the South sweep through, it comes from the wilderness, from an awesome land.
Ein hartes Gesicht ward mir angesagt: Der Treulose handelt treulos, es verheert der Verheerer. Zieh herauf, Elam, belagere Madai; alles Seufzen laß Ich zu Ende kommen.
Visión dura me ha sido mostrada. El prevaricador prevarica, y el destructor destruye. Sube, Persa; cerca, Medo. Todo su gemido hice cesar.
A grievous vision is declared unto me; the treacherous dealer dealeth treacherously, and the spoiler spoileth. Go up, O Elam: besiege, O Media; all the sighing thereof have I made to cease.
A grievous vision is declared to me. The treacherous man deals treacherously, and the destroyer destroys. Go up, Elam; attack! I have stopped all of Media’s sighing.
Darum sind von Pein erfüllt meine Lenden; Wehen wie Wehen der Gebärerin ergreifen mich. Ich krümme mich, daß ich nichts höre; ich bin bestürzt, daß ich nichts sehe.
Por tanto mis lomos se han llenado de dolor; angustias se apoderaron de mí, como angustias de mujer de parto: agobiéme oyendo, y al ver heme espantado.
Therefore are my loins filled with pain: pangs have taken hold upon me, as the pangs of a woman that travaileth: I was bowed down at the hearing of it; I was dismayed at the seeing of it.
Therefore my thighs are filled with anguish. Pains have seized me, like the pains of a woman in labor. I am in so much pain that I can’t hear. I am so dismayed that I can’t see.
Mein Herz geht irre, Grausen hat geängstigt mich; die Dämmerung, nach der mich verlangt, macht Er zum Erzittern mir.
Pasmóse mi corazón, el horror me ha intimidado; la noche de mi deseo se me tornó en espanto.
My heart panted, fearfulness affrighted me: the night of my pleasure hath he turned into fear unto me.
My heart flutters. Horror has frightened me. The twilight that I desired has been turned into trembling for me.
Man richte den Tisch zu, man wache auf der Wache, man esse, trinke. Machet euch auf, ihr Obersten, salbet den Schild!
Pon la mesa, mira del atalaya, come, bebe: levantaos, príncipes, ungid el escudo.
Prepare the table, watch in the watchtower, eat, drink: arise, ye princes, and anoint the shield.
They prepare the table. They set the watch. They eat. They drink. Rise up, you princes, oil the shield!
Denn also spricht der Herr zu mir: Gehe, laß den Wächter stehen, der, was er sieht, ansage.

For thus hath the Lord said unto me, Go, set a watchman, let him declare what he seeth.

Und er sah einen Streitwagen, ein Paar Reiter, einen Streitwagen mit Esel, einen Streitwagen mit Kamel, und horchend horchte er mit vielem Horchen.
Y vió un carro de un par de caballeros, un carro de asno, y un carro de camello. Luego miró muy más atentamente.
And he saw a chariot with a couple of horsemen, a chariot of asses, and a chariot of camels; and he hearkened diligently with much heed:
When he sees a troop, horsemen in pairs, a troop of donkeys, a troop of camels, he shall listen diligently with great attentiveness.”
Und es ruft der Löwe auf der Warte: Herr, ich stehe am Tag beständig, und alle Nächte stelle ich mich auf meine Hut.
Y gritó como un león: Señor, sobre la atalaya estoy yo continuamente de día, y las noches enteras sobre mi guarda:
And he cried, A lion: My lord, I stand continually upon the watchtower in the daytime, and I am set in my ward whole nights:
He cried like a lion: “Lord, I stand continually on the watchtower in the daytime, and every night I stay at my post.
Und siehe, da kam der Streitwagen eines Mannes, ein Paar Reiter. Und er antwortete und sprach: Gefallen, gefallen ist Babel; und alle Schnitzbilder ihrer Götter sind zerbrochen auf der Erde.
Y he aquí este carro de hombres viene, un par de caballeros. Después habló, y dijo: Cayó, cayó Babilonia; y todos los ídolos de sus dioses quebrantó en tierra.
And, behold, here cometh a chariot of men, with a couple of horsemen. And he answered and said, Babylon is fallen, is fallen; and all the graven images of her gods he hath broken unto the ground.
Behold, here comes a troop of men, horsemen in pairs.” He answered, “Fallen, fallen is Babylon; and all the engraved images of her gods are broken to the ground.
Du, meine Gedroschene und du, Sohn meiner Tenne: was ich von Jehovah der Heerscharen, dem Gott Israels gehört, sage ich euch an.

O my threshing, and the corn of my floor: that which I have heard of the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, have I declared unto you.

Weissagung über Dumah: Man ruft zu mir aus Seir: Hüter, wie ist es mit der Nacht? Hüter, wie ist es mit der Nacht?
Carga de Duma. Danme voces de Seir: Guarda, ¿qué de la noche? Guarda, ¿qué de la noche?
The burden of Dumah. He calleth to me out of Seir, Watchman, what of the night? Watchman, what of the night?

Der Hüter spricht: Der Morgen kommt, und es kommt auch die Nacht. Wenn ihr es wollt erfragen, erfraget, kehret zurück, kommet!
El guarda respondió: La mañana viene, y después la noche: si preguntareis, preguntad; volved, venid.
The watchman said, The morning cometh, and also the night: if ye will enquire, enquire ye: return, come.
The watchman said, “The morning comes, and also the night. If you will inquire, inquire. Come back again.”
Weissagung über Arabien: Im Walde in Arabien übernachtet, ihr Wanderzüge der Dedaniter!
Carga sobre Arabia. En el monte tendréis la noche en Arabia, oh caminantes de Dedanim.
The burden upon Arabia. In the forest in Arabia shall ye lodge, O ye travelling companies of Dedanim.
The burden on Arabia. You will lodge in the thickets in Arabia, you caravans of Dedanites.
Bringet Wasser dem Dürstenden entgegen, die ihr im Land Thema wohnet; mit seinem Brot empfanget die Flüchtigen.
Salid á encontrar al sediento; llevadle aguas, moradores de tierra de Tema, socorred con su pan al que huye.
The inhabitants of the land of Tema brought water to him that was thirsty, they prevented with their bread him that fled.
They brought water to him who was thirsty. The inhabitants of the land of Tema met the fugitives with their bread.
Denn vor dem Schwerte entfliehen sie, vor dem gezückten Schwert und vor dem gespannten Bogen, vor des Streites Schwere.
Porque de la presencia de las espadas huyen, de la presencia de la espada desnuda, de la presencia del arco entesado, de la presencia del peso de la batalla.
For they fled from the swords, from the drawn sword, and from the bent bow, and from the grievousness of war.

Denn also spricht der Herr zu mir: Ein Jahr noch, wie des Löhners Jahre, dann ist zu Ende Kedars ganze Herrlichkeit.
Porque así me ha dicho Jehová: De aquí á un año, semejante á años de mozo de soldada, toda la gloria de Cedar será deshecha;
For thus hath the Lord said unto me, Within a year, according to the years of an hireling, and all the glory of Kedar shall fail:
For the Lord said to me, “Within a year, as a worker bound by contract would count it, all the glory of Kedar will fail,
Und der Überrest der Zahl, des Bogens der Mächtigen, der Söhne Kedars soll weniger werden, denn Jehovah, der Gott Israels, hat geredet.
Y las reliquias del número de los valientes flecheros, hijos de Cedar, serán apocadas: porque Jehová Dios de Israel lo ha dicho.
And the residue of the number of archers, the mighty men of the children of Kedar, shall be diminished: for the LORD God of Israel hath spoken it.
