Partout elle crie pour avoir du vin ; toute joie sur la terre a cessé, toute joie est partie de la terre,

Voces sobre el vino en las plazas; todo gozo se oscureció, desterróse la alegría de la tierra.

There is a crying for wine in the streets; all joy is darkened, the mirth of the land is gone.
