L'allegrezza de' tamburi è cessata, lo strepito de' festeggianti è venuto meno, la letizia della cetera è restata.

Cesó el regocijo de los panderos, acabóse el estruendo de los que se huelgan, paró la alegría del arpa.

The mirth of tabrets ceaseth, the noise of them that rejoice endeth, the joy of the harp ceaseth.

The mirth of tambourines ceases. The sound of those who rejoice ends. The joy of the harp ceases.
