Isaías 25

Ó SENHOR, tu és meu Deus; eu te exaltarei, e louvarei o teu nome, pois tu tens feito maravilhas, teus conselhos antigos, com fidelidade e verdade.

JEHOVÁ, tú eres mi Dios: te ensalzaré, alabaré tu nombre; porque has hecho maravillas, los consejos antiguos, la verdad firme.

O LORD, thou art my God; I will exalt thee, I will praise thy name; for thou hast done wonderful things; thy counsels of old are faithfulness and truth.

The LORD, you are my God. I will exalt you! I will praise your name, for you have done wonderful things, things planned long ago, in complete faithfulness and truth.

Pois tu fizeste da cidade um amontoado de pedras; da cidade fortificada uma ruína; fizeste com que os edifícios dos estrangeiros deixassem de ser cidade, e nunca mais voltem a ser construídos.

Que tornaste la ciudad en montón, la ciudad fuerte en ruina: el alcázar de los extraños que no sea ciudad, ni nunca jamás sea reedeficada.

For thou hast made of a city an heap; of a defenced city a ruin: a palace of strangers to be no city; it shall never be built.

For you have made a city into a heap, a fortified city into a ruin, a palace of strangers to be no city. It will never be built.

Por isso, um poderoso povo te glorificará, a cidade de nações terríveis te temerá.

Por esto te dará gloria el pueblo fuerte, te temerá la ciudad de gentes robustas.

Therefore shall the strong people glorify thee, the city of the terrible nations shall fear thee.

Therefore a strong people will glorify you. A city of awesome nations will fear you.

Pois tu foste a fortaleza do pobre, a fortaleza do necessitado, em sua angústia; refúgio contra a tempestade, e sombra contra o calor; porque o sopro dos violentos é como uma tempestade contra o muro.

Porque fuiste fortaleza al pobre, fortaleza al menesteroso en su aflicción, amparo contra el turbión, sombra contra el calor: porque el ímpetu de los violentos es como turbión contra frontispicio.

For thou hast been a strength to the poor, a strength to the needy in his distress, a refuge from the storm, a shadow from the heat, when the blast of the terrible ones is as a storm against the wall.

For you have been a stronghold to the poor, a stronghold to the needy in his distress, a refuge from the storm, a shade from the heat, when the blast of the dreaded ones is like a storm against the wall.

Tal como o calor em lugar seco, assim tu abaterás o ímpeto dos estrangeiros; tal como uma espessa nuvem diminui o calor, assim será humilhada a canção dos violentos.

Como el calor en lugar seco, así humillarás el orgullo de los extraños; y como calor debajo de nube, harás marchitar el pimpollo de los robustos.

Thou shalt bring down the noise of strangers, as the heat in a dry place; even the heat with the shadow of a cloud: the branch of the terrible ones shall be brought low.

As the heat in a dry place you will bring down the noise of strangers; as the heat by the shade of a cloud, the song of the dreaded ones will be brought low.

E neste monte o SENHOR dos exércitos fará para todos os povos um banquete de animais cevados, um banquete de vinhos finos; de gorduras de tutanos, e de vinhos finos, bem purificados.

Y Jehová de los ejércitos hará en este monte á todos los pueblos convite de engordados, convite de purificados, de gruesos tuétanos, de purificados líquidos.

And in this mountain shall the LORD of hosts make unto all people a feast of fat things, a feast of wines on the lees, of fat things full of marrow, of wines on the lees well refined.

In this mountain, the LORD of Armies will make all peoples a feast of choice meat, a feast of choice wines, of choice meat full of marrow, of well refined choice wines.

E neste monte devorará o véu funerário que está sobre todos os povos, e a coberta com que todas as nações se cobrem.

Y deshará en este monte la máscara de la cobertura con que están cubiertos todos los pueblos, y la cubierta que está extendida sobre todas las gentes.

And he will destroy in this mountain the face of the covering cast over all people, and the vail that is spread over all nations.

He will destroy in this mountain the surface of the covering that covers all peoples, and the veil that is spread over all nations.

Ele devorará a morte para sempre, e o Senhor DEUS enxugará as lágrimas de todos os rostos; e tirará a humilhação de seu povo de toda a terra; pois o SENHOR assim disse.

Destruirá á la muerte para siempre; y enjugará el Señor toda lágrima de todos los rostros: y quitará la afrenta de su pueblo de toda la tierra: porque Jehová lo ha dicho.

He will swallow up death in victory; and the Lord GOD will wipe away tears from off all faces; and the rebuke of his people shall he take away from off all the earth: for the LORD hath spoken it.

He has swallowed up death forever! The Lord GOD will wipe away tears from off all faces. He will take the reproach of his people away from off all the earth, for the LORD has spoken it.

E naquele dia se dirá: Eis que este é o nosso Deus, em quem temos posto nossa esperança para nos salvar; este é o SENHOR, em quem esperamos; em sua salvação teremos prazer e nos alegraremos.

Y se dirá en aquel día: He aquí éste es nuestro Dios, le hemos esperado, y nos salvará: éste es Jehová á quien hemos esperado, nos gozaremos y nos alegraremos en su salud.

And it shall be said in that day, Lo, this is our God; we have waited for him, and he will save us: this is the LORD; we have waited for him, we will be glad and rejoice in his salvation.

It shall be said in that day, “Behold, this is our God! We have waited for him, and he will save us! This is the LORD! We have waited for him. We will be glad and rejoice in his salvation!”

Pois a mão do SENHOR descansará neste monte; Moabe, porém, será esmagado debaixo dele, tal como se esmaga a palha no amontoado de esterco.

Porque la mano de Jehová reposará en este monte, y Moab será trillado debajo de él, como es trillada la paja en el muladar.

For in this mountain shall the hand of the LORD rest, and Moab shall be trodden down under him, even as straw is trodden down for the dunghill.

For the LORD’s hand will rest in this mountain. Moab will be trodden down in his place, even like straw is trodden down in the water of the dunghill.

E estenderão suas mãos no meio dela, tal como um nadador estende para nadar; e o SENHOR abaterá a arrogância deles com a habilidade de suas mãos.

Y extenderá su mano por en medio de él, como la extiende el nadador para nadar: y abatirá su soberbia con los miembros de sus manos:

And he shall spread forth his hands in the midst of them, as he that swimmeth spreadeth forth his hands to swim: and he shall bring down their pride together with the spoils of their hands.

He will spread out his hands in the middle of it, like one who swims spreads out hands to swim, but his pride will be humbled together with the craft of his hands.

E lançará abaixo as fortalezas de teus muros; ele as abaterá e derrubará até o chão, ao pó.

Y allanará la fortaleza de tus altos muros: la humillará y echará á tierra, hasta el polvo.

And the fortress of the high fort of thy walls shall he bring down, lay low, and bring to the ground, even to the dust.

He has brought the high fortress of your walls down, laid low, and brought to the ground, even to the dust.
