Isaías 25

O Éternel! Tu es mon Dieu; Je t’exalterai, je célébrerai ton nom, Car tu as fait des choses merveilleuses; Tes desseins conçus à l’avance se sont fidèlement accomplis.

JEHOVÁ, tú eres mi Dios: te ensalzaré, alabaré tu nombre; porque has hecho maravillas, los consejos antiguos, la verdad firme.

O LORD, thou art my God; I will exalt thee, I will praise thy name; for thou hast done wonderful things; thy counsels of old are faithfulness and truth.

The LORD, you are my God. I will exalt you! I will praise your name, for you have done wonderful things, things planned long ago, in complete faithfulness and truth.

Car tu as réduit la ville en un monceau de pierres, La cité forte en un tas de ruines; La forteresse des barbares est détruite, Jamais elle ne sera rebâtie.

Que tornaste la ciudad en montón, la ciudad fuerte en ruina: el alcázar de los extraños que no sea ciudad, ni nunca jamás sea reedeficada.

For thou hast made of a city an heap; of a defenced city a ruin: a palace of strangers to be no city; it shall never be built.

For you have made a city into a heap, a fortified city into a ruin, a palace of strangers to be no city. It will never be built.

C’est pourquoi les peuples puissants te glorifient, Les villes des nations puissantes te craignent.

Por esto te dará gloria el pueblo fuerte, te temerá la ciudad de gentes robustas.

Therefore shall the strong people glorify thee, the city of the terrible nations shall fear thee.

Therefore a strong people will glorify you. A city of awesome nations will fear you.

Tu as été un refuge pour le faible, Un refuge pour le malheureux dans la détresse, Un abri contre la tempête, Un ombrage contre la chaleur; Car le souffle des tyrans Est comme l’ouragan qui frappe une muraille.

Porque fuiste fortaleza al pobre, fortaleza al menesteroso en su aflicción, amparo contra el turbión, sombra contra el calor: porque el ímpetu de los violentos es como turbión contra frontispicio.

For thou hast been a strength to the poor, a strength to the needy in his distress, a refuge from the storm, a shadow from the heat, when the blast of the terrible ones is as a storm against the wall.

For you have been a stronghold to the poor, a stronghold to the needy in his distress, a refuge from the storm, a shade from the heat, when the blast of the dreaded ones is like a storm against the wall.

Comme tu domptes la chaleur dans une terre brûlante, Tu as dompté le tumulte des barbares; Comme la chaleur est étouffée par l’ombre d’un nuage, Ainsi ont été étouffés les chants de triomphe des tyrans.

Como el calor en lugar seco, así humillarás el orgullo de los extraños; y como calor debajo de nube, harás marchitar el pimpollo de los robustos.

Thou shalt bring down the noise of strangers, as the heat in a dry place; even the heat with the shadow of a cloud: the branch of the terrible ones shall be brought low.

As the heat in a dry place you will bring down the noise of strangers; as the heat by the shade of a cloud, the song of the dreaded ones will be brought low.

L’Éternel des armées prépare à tous les peuples, sur cette montagne, Un festin de mets succulents, Un festin de vins vieux, De mets succulents, pleins de mœlle, De vins vieux, clarifiés.

Y Jehová de los ejércitos hará en este monte á todos los pueblos convite de engordados, convite de purificados, de gruesos tuétanos, de purificados líquidos.

And in this mountain shall the LORD of hosts make unto all people a feast of fat things, a feast of wines on the lees, of fat things full of marrow, of wines on the lees well refined.

In this mountain, the LORD of Armies will make all peoples a feast of choice meat, a feast of choice wines, of choice meat full of marrow, of well refined choice wines.

Et, sur cette montagne, il anéantit le voile qui voile tous les peuples, La couverture qui couvre toutes les nations;

Y deshará en este monte la máscara de la cobertura con que están cubiertos todos los pueblos, y la cubierta que está extendida sobre todas las gentes.

And he will destroy in this mountain the face of the covering cast over all people, and the vail that is spread over all nations.

He will destroy in this mountain the surface of the covering that covers all peoples, and the veil that is spread over all nations.

Il anéantit la mort pour toujours; Le Seigneur, l’Éternel, essuie les larmes de tous les visages, Il fait disparaître de toute la terre l’opprobre de son peuple; Car l’Éternel a parlé.

Destruirá á la muerte para siempre; y enjugará el Señor toda lágrima de todos los rostros: y quitará la afrenta de su pueblo de toda la tierra: porque Jehová lo ha dicho.

He will swallow up death in victory; and the Lord GOD will wipe away tears from off all faces; and the rebuke of his people shall he take away from off all the earth: for the LORD hath spoken it.

He has swallowed up death forever! The Lord GOD will wipe away tears from off all faces. He will take the reproach of his people away from off all the earth, for the LORD has spoken it.

En ce jour l’on dira: Voici, c’est notre Dieu, en qui nous avons confiance, Et c’est lui qui nous sauve; C’est l’Éternel, en qui nous avons confiance; Soyons dans l’allégresse, et réjouissons-nous de son salut!

Y se dirá en aquel día: He aquí éste es nuestro Dios, le hemos esperado, y nos salvará: éste es Jehová á quien hemos esperado, nos gozaremos y nos alegraremos en su salud.

And it shall be said in that day, Lo, this is our God; we have waited for him, and he will save us: this is the LORD; we have waited for him, we will be glad and rejoice in his salvation.

It shall be said in that day, “Behold, this is our God! We have waited for him, and he will save us! This is the LORD! We have waited for him. We will be glad and rejoice in his salvation!”

Car la main de l’Éternel repose sur cette montagne; Et Moab est foulé sur place, Comme la paille est foulée dans une mare à fumier.

Porque la mano de Jehová reposará en este monte, y Moab será trillado debajo de él, como es trillada la paja en el muladar.

For in this mountain shall the hand of the LORD rest, and Moab shall be trodden down under him, even as straw is trodden down for the dunghill.

For the LORD’s hand will rest in this mountain. Moab will be trodden down in his place, even like straw is trodden down in the water of the dunghill.

Au milieu de cette mare, il étend ses mains, Comme le nageur les étend pour nager; Mais l’Éternel abat son orgueil, Et déjoue l’artifice de ses mains.

Y extenderá su mano por en medio de él, como la extiende el nadador para nadar: y abatirá su soberbia con los miembros de sus manos:

And he shall spread forth his hands in the midst of them, as he that swimmeth spreadeth forth his hands to swim: and he shall bring down their pride together with the spoils of their hands.

He will spread out his hands in the middle of it, like one who swims spreads out hands to swim, but his pride will be humbled together with the craft of his hands.

Il renverse, il précipite les fortifications élevées de tes murs, Il les fait crouler à terre, jusque dans la poussière.

Y allanará la fortaleza de tus altos muros: la humillará y echará á tierra, hasta el polvo.

And the fortress of the high fort of thy walls shall he bring down, lay low, and bring to the ground, even to the dust.

He has brought the high fortress of your walls down, laid low, and brought to the ground, even to the dust.
