Isaías 26

Perciocchè egli ha abbassati quelli che abitavano in luoghi alti, in città elevata; egli ha abbattuta quella città; egli l'ha abbattuta fino in terra, e l'ha messa fin nella polvere.

Porque derribó los que moraban en lugar sublime: humilló la ciudad ensalzada, humillóla hasta la tierra, derribóla hasta el polvo.

For he bringeth down them that dwell on high; the lofty city, he layeth it low; he layeth it low, even to the ground; he bringeth it even to the dust.

For he has brought down those who dwell on high, the lofty city. He lays it low. He lays it low even to the ground. He brings it even to the dust.
