Isaías 28

1 Co 14:21 by reason of the contemptuous words of the lips, by means of another language: for they shall speak to this people, saying to them,

Porque en lengua de tartamudos, y en extraña lengua hablará á este pueblo,

For with stammering lips and another tongue will he speak to this people.

But he will speak to this nation with stammering lips and in another language,
