Ebbene, sarà mediante labbra balbuzienti e mediante lingua barbara che l’Eterno parlerà a questo popolo.

Porque en lengua de tartamudos, y en extraña lengua hablará á este pueblo,

For with stammering lips and another tongue will he speak to this people.

But he will speak to this nation with stammering lips and in another language,
