Denn man drischt die Wicken nicht mit Dreschwagen, so lalit man auch nicht das Wagenrad uber den Kümmel gehen, sondern die Wicken schlagt man aus mit einem Stabe und den Kümmel mit einem Stecken.

Que la neguilla no se trillará con trillo, ni sobre el comino rodará rueda de carreta; sino que con un palo se sacude la neguilla, y el comino con una vara.

For the fitches are not threshed with a threshing instrument, neither is a cart wheel turned about upon the cummin; but the fitches are beaten out with a staff, and the cummin with a rod.

For the dill isn’t threshed with a sharp instrument, neither is a cart wheel turned over the cumin; but the dill is beaten out with a stick, and the cumin with a rod.
