Ja ich will ein Lager rings um dich aufschlagen und dich mit einer Wagenburg eng einschließen und Belagerungswerke gegen dich aufführen.

Porque asentaré campo contra ti en derredor, y te combatiré con ingenios, y levantaré contra ti baluartes.

And I will camp against thee round about, and will lay siege against thee with a mount, and I will raise forts against thee.

I will encamp against you all around you, and will lay siege against you with posted troops. I will raise siege works against you.
