Starret nur, so daß ihr erstarrt! Lebt in Verblendung, so daß ihr blind werdet! Sie sind trunken, aber nicht vom Wein, sie taumeln, aber nicht vom Rauschtrank.

Deteneos y maravillaos; ofuscaos y cegad; embriagaos, y no de vino; titubead, y no de sidra.

Stay yourselves, and wonder; cry ye out, and cry: they are drunken, but not with wine; they stagger, but not with strong drink.
