Isaías 29

Weh Ariel, Ariel, du Stadt des Lagers Davids! Füget Jahr zu Jahr und feiert die Feste;

¡AY de Ariel, ciudad donde habitó David! Añadid un año á otro, mátense víctimas.

Woe to Ariel, to Ariel, the city where David dwelt! add ye year to year; let them kill sacrifices.

Woe to Ariel! Ariel, the city where David encamped! Add year to year; let the feasts come around;

dann will ich den Ariel ängsten, daß er traurig und voll Jammers sei; und er soll mir ein rechter Ariel sein.

Mas yo pondré á Ariel en apretura, y será desconsolada y triste; y será á mí como Ariel.

Yet I will distress Ariel, and there shall be heaviness and sorrow: and it shall be unto me as Ariel.

then I will distress Ariel, and there will be mourning and lamentation. She shall be to me as an altar hearth.

Denn ich will dich belagern ringsumher und will dich ängsten mit Bollwerk und will Wälle um dich aufführen lassen.

Porque asentaré campo contra ti en derredor, y te combatiré con ingenios, y levantaré contra ti baluartes.

And I will camp against thee round about, and will lay siege against thee with a mount, and I will raise forts against thee.

I will encamp against you all around you, and will lay siege against you with posted troops. I will raise siege works against you.

Alsdann sollst du erniedrigt werden und aus der Erde reden und aus dem Staube mit deiner Rede murmeln, daß deine Stimme sei wie eines Zauberers aus der Erde und deine Rede aus dem Staube wispele.

Entonces serás humillada, hablarás desde la tierra, y tu habla saldrá del polvo; y será tu voz de la tierra como de pythón, y tu habla susurrará desde el polvo.

And thou shalt be brought down, and shalt speak out of the ground, and thy speech shall be low out of the dust, and thy voice shall be, as of one that hath a familiar spirit, out of the ground, and thy speech shall whisper out of the dust.

You will be brought down, and will speak out of the ground. Your speech will mumble out of the dust. Your voice will be as of one who has a familiar spirit, out of the ground, and your speech will whisper out of the dust.

Aber die Menge deiner Feinde soll werden wie dünner Staub und die Menge der Tyrannen wie wehende Spreu; und das soll plötzlich unversehens geschehen.

Y la muchedumbre de tus extranjeros será como polvo menudo, y la multitud de los fuertes como tamo que pasa; y será repentinamente, en un momento.

Moreover the multitude of thy strangers shall be like small dust, and the multitude of the terrible ones shall be as chaff that passeth away: yea, it shall be at an instant suddenly.

But the multitude of your foes will be like fine dust, and the multitude of the ruthless ones like chaff that blows away. Yes, it will be in an instant, suddenly.

Denn vom HERRN Zebaoth wird Heimsuchung geschehen mit Wetter und Erdbeben und großem Donner, mit Windwirbel und Ungewitter und mit Flammen des verzehrenden Feuers.

De Jehová de los ejércitos serás visitada con truenos y con terremotos y con gran ruido, con torbellino y tempestad, y llama de fuego consumidor.

Thou shalt be visited of the LORD of hosts with thunder, and with earthquake, and great noise, with storm and tempest, and the flame of devouring fire.

She will be visited by the LORD of Armies with thunder, with earthquake, with great noise, with whirlwind and storm, and with the flame of a devouring fire.

Und wie ein Nachtgesicht im Traum, so soll sein die Menge aller Heiden, die wider Ariel streiten, samt allem Heer und Bollwerk, und die ihn ängsten.

Y será como sueño de visión nocturna la multitud de todas las gentes que pelearán contra Ariel, y todos los que pelearán contra ella y sus ingenios, y los que la pondrán en apretura.

And the multitude of all the nations that fight against Ariel, even all that fight against her and her munition, and that distress her, shall be as a dream of a night vision.

The multitude of all the nations that fight against Ariel, even all who fight against her and her stronghold, and who distress her, will be like a dream, a vision of the night.

Denn gleichwie einem Hungrigen träumt, daß er esse, wenn er aber aufwacht, so ist seine Seele noch leer; und wie einem Durstigen träumt, daß er trinke, wenn er aber aufwacht, ist er matt und durstig: also soll sein die Menge aller Heiden, die wider den Berg Zion streiten.

Y será como el que tiene hambre y sueña, y parece que come; mas cuando despierta, su alma está vacía; ó como el que tiene sed y sueña, y parece que bebe; mas cuando se despierta, hállase cansado, y su alma sedienta: así será la multitud de todas las gentes que pelearán contra el monte de Sión.

It shall even be as when an hungry man dreameth, and, behold, he eateth; but he awaketh, and his soul is empty: or as when a thirsty man dreameth, and, behold, he drinketh; but he awaketh, and, behold, he is faint, and his soul hath appetite: so shall the multitude of all the nations be, that fight against mount Zion.

It will be like when a hungry man dreams, and behold, he eats; but he awakes, and his hunger isn’t satisfied; or like when a thirsty man dreams, and behold, he drinks; but he awakes, and behold, he is faint, and he is still thirsty. The multitude of all the nations that fight against Mount Zion will be like that.

Erstarret und werdet bestürzt, verblendet euch und werdet blind! Werdet trunken, doch nicht vom Wein, taumelt, doch nicht von starkem Getränk!

Deteneos y maravillaos; ofuscaos y cegad; embriagaos, y no de vino; titubead, y no de sidra.

Stay yourselves, and wonder; cry ye out, and cry: they are drunken, but not with wine; they stagger, but not with strong drink.

Pause and wonder! Blind yourselves and be blind! They are drunken, but not with wine; they stagger, but not with strong drink.

Denn der HERR hat euch einen Geist des harten Schlafs eingeschenkt und eure Augen zugetan; eure Propheten und Fürsten samt den Sehern hat er verhüllt,

Porque Jehová extendió sobre vosotros espíritu de sueño, y cerró vuestros ojos: cubrió vuestros profetas, y vuestros principales videntes.

For the LORD hath poured out upon you the spirit of deep sleep, and hath closed your eyes: the prophets and your rulers, the seers hath he covered.

For the LORD has poured out on you a spirit of deep sleep, and has closed your eyes, the prophets; and he has covered your heads, the seers.

daß euch aller Propheten Gesichte sein werden wie die Worte eines versiegelten Buches, welches man gäbe einem, der lesen kann, und spräche: Lies doch das! und er spräche: Ich kann nicht, denn es ist versiegelt;

Y os será toda visión como palabras de libro sellado, el cual si dieren al que sabe leer, y le dijeren: Lee ahora esto; él dirá: No puedo, porque está sellado.

And the vision of all is become unto you as the words of a book that is sealed, which men deliver to one that is learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, I cannot; for it is sealed:

All vision has become to you like the words of a book that is sealed, which men deliver to one who is educated, saying, “Read this, please;” and he says, “I can’t, for it is sealed;”

oder gleich als wenn man's gäbe dem, der nicht lesen kann, und spräche: Lies doch das! und er spräche: Ich kann nicht lesen.

Y si se diere el libro al que no sabe leer, diciéndole: Lee ahora esto; él dirá: No sé leer.

And the book is delivered to him that is not learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, I am not learned.

and the book is delivered to one who is not educated, saying, “Read this, please;” and he says, “I can’t read.”

Und der Herr spricht: Darum daß dies Volk zu mir naht mit seinem Munde und mit seinen Lippen mich ehrt, aber ihr Herz fern von mir ist und sie mich fürchten nach Menschengeboten, die sie lehren:

Dice pues el Señor: Porque este pueblo se me acerca con su boca, y con sus labios me honra, mas su corazón alejó de mí, y su temor para conmigo fué enseñado por mandamiento de hombres:

Wherefore the Lord said, Forasmuch as this people draw near me with their mouth, and with their lips do honour me, but have removed their heart far from me, and their fear toward me is taught by the precept of men:

The Lord said, “Because this people draws near with their mouth and honors me with their lips, but they have removed their heart far from me, and their fear of me is a commandment of men which has been taught;

so will ich auch mit diesem Volk wunderlich umgehen, aufs wunderlichste und seltsamste, daß die Weisheit seiner Weisen untergehe und der Verstand seiner Klugen verblendet werde.

Por tanto, he aquí que nuevamente excitaré yo la admiración de este pueblo con un prodigio grande y espantoso; porque perecerá la sabiduría de sus sabios, y se desvanecerá la prudencia de sus prudentes.

Therefore, behold, I will proceed to do a marvellous work among this people, even a marvellous work and a wonder: for the wisdom of their wise men shall perish, and the understanding of their prudent men shall be hid.

Weh, die verborgen sein wollen vor dem HERRN, ihr Vornehmen zu verhehlen, und ihr Tun im Finstern halten und sprechen: Wer sieht uns, und wer kennt uns?

¡Ay de los que se esconden de Jehová, encubriendo el consejo, y sus obras son en tinieblas, y dicen: ¿Quién nos ve, y quién nos conoce?

Woe unto them that seek deep to hide their counsel from the LORD, and their works are in the dark, and they say, Who seeth us? and who knoweth us?

Woe to those who deeply hide their counsel from the LORD, and whose deeds are in the dark, and who say, “Who sees us?” and “Who knows us?”

Wie seid ihr so verkehrt! Gleich als wenn des Töpfers Ton gedächte und ein Werk spräche von seinem Meister: Er hat mich nicht gemacht! und ein Gemächte spräche von seinem Töpfer: Er kennt mich nicht!

Vuestra subversión ciertamente será reputada como el barro del alfarero. ¿La obra dirá de su hacedor, No me hizo; y dirá el vaso de aquel que lo ha formado, No entendió?

Surely your turning of things upside down shall be esteemed as the potter’s clay: for shall the work say of him that made it, He made me not? or shall the thing framed say of him that framed it, He had no understanding?

You turn things upside down! Should the potter be thought to be like clay, that the thing made should say about him who made it, “He didn’t make me;” or the thing formed say of him who formed it, “He has no understanding”?

Wohlan, es ist noch um ein klein wenig zu tun, so soll der Libanon ein Feld werden, und das Feld soll wie ein Wald geachtet werden.

¿No será tornado de aquí á muy poco tiempo el Líbano en Carmelo, y el Carmelo será estimado por bosque?

Is it not yet a very little while, and Lebanon shall be turned into a fruitful field, and the fruitful field shall be esteemed as a forest?

Isn’t it yet a very little while, and Lebanon will be turned into a fruitful field, and the fruitful field will be regarded as a forest?

Und zu derselben Zeit werden die Tauben hören die Worte des Buches, und die Augen der Blinden werden aus Dunkel und Finsternis sehen,

Y en aquel tiempo los sordos oirán las palabras del libro, y los ojos de los ciegos verán en medio de la oscuridad y de las tinieblas.

And in that day shall the deaf hear the words of the book, and the eyes of the blind shall see out of obscurity, and out of darkness.

In that day, the deaf will hear the words of the book, and the eyes of the blind will see out of obscurity and out of darkness.

und die Elenden werden wieder Freude haben am HERRN, und die Armen unter den Menschen werden fröhlich sein in dem Heiligen Israels,

Entonces los humildes crecerán en alegría en Jehová, y los pobres de los hombres se gozarán en el Santo de Israel.

The meek also shall increase their joy in the LORD, and the poor among men shall rejoice in the Holy One of Israel.

The humble also will increase their joy in the LORD, and the poor among men will rejoice in the Holy One of Israel.

wenn die Tyrannen ein Ende haben und es mit den Spöttern aus sein wird und vertilgt sein werden alle die, so wachen, Mühsal anzurichten,

Porque el violento será acabado, y el escarnecedor será consumido: serán talados todos los que madrugaban á la iniquidad.

For the terrible one is brought to nought, and the scorner is consumed, and all that watch for iniquity are cut off:

For the ruthless is brought to nothing, and the scoffer ceases, and all those who are alert to do evil are cut off—

welche die Leute sündigen machen durchs Predigen und stellen dem nach, der sie straft im Tor, und stürzen durch Lügen den Gerechten.

Los que hacían pecar al hombre en palabra; los que armaban lazo al que reprendía en la puerta, y torcieron lo justo en vanidad.

That make a man an offender for a word, and lay a snare for him that reproveth in the gate, and turn aside the just for a thing of nought.

who cause a person to be indicted by a word, and lay a snare for one who reproves in the gate, and who deprive the innocent of justice with false testimony.

Darum spricht der HERR, der Abraham erlöst hat, zum Hause Jakob also: Jakob soll nicht mehr zu Schanden werden, und sein Antlitz soll sich nicht mehr schämen.

Por tanto, Jehová que redimió á Abraham, dice así á la casa de Jacob: No será ahora confundido Jacob, ni su rostro se pondrá pálido;

Therefore thus saith the LORD, who redeemed Abraham, concerning the house of Jacob, Jacob shall not now be ashamed, neither shall his face now wax pale.

Therefore the LORD, who redeemed Abraham, says concerning the house of Jacob: “Jacob shall no longer be ashamed, neither shall his face grow pale.

Denn wenn sie sehen werden ihre Kinder, die Werke meiner Hände unter ihnen, werden sie meinen Namen heiligen und werden den Heiligen in Jakob heiligen und den Gott Israels fürchten.

Porque verá á sus hijos, obra de mis manos en medio de sí, que santificarán mi nombre; y santificarán al Santo de Jacob, y temerán al Dios de Israel.

But when he seeth his children, the work of mine hands, in the midst of him, they shall sanctify my name, and sanctify the Holy One of Jacob, and shall fear the God of Israel.

But when he sees his children, the work of my hands, in the middle of him, they will sanctify my name. Yes, they will sanctify the Holy One of Jacob, and will stand in awe of the God of Israel.

Denn die, so irrigen Geist haben, werden Verstand annehmen, und die Schwätzer werden sich lehren lassen.

Y los errados de espíritu aprenderán inteligencia, y los murmuradores aprenderán doctrina.

They also that erred in spirit shall come to understanding, and they that murmured shall learn doctrine.

They also who err in spirit will come to understanding, and those who grumble will receive instruction.”
