Y vendrán muchos pueblos y dirán: Ea, subamos al monte del Señor, y a la casa del Dios de Jacob , y él mismo nos mostrará sus caminos, y por sus sendas andaremos; porque de Sión saldrá la ley, y de Jerusalén la palabra del Señor.
Y acontecerá en lo postrero de los tiempos, que será confirmado el monte de la casa de Jehová por cabeza de los montes, y será ensalzado sobre los collados, y correrán á él todas las gentes.
And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of the LORD’s house shall be established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow unto it.

¡Oh vosotros de la casa de Jacob !, venid, y caminemos en la luz del Señor.
Y juzgará entre las gentes, y reprenderá á muchos pueblos; y volverán sus espadas en rejas de arado, y sus lanzas en hoces: no alzará espada gente contra gente, ni se ensayarán más para la guerra.

Su país está rebosando de plata y oro, y son inagotables sus tesoros.
Ciertamente tú has dejado tu pueblo, la casa de Jacob, porque son henchidos de oriente, y de agoreros, como los Filisteos; y en hijos ajenos descansan.
Therefore thou hast forsaken thy people the house of Jacob, because they be replenished from the east, and are soothsayers like the Philistines, and they please themselves in the children of strangers.

Su tierra está cubierta de caballos, y son innumerables sus carrozas. Y está lleno de ídolos su país, han adorado la obra de sus manos, la obra que habían formado con sus propios dedos.

Porque el día del Señor de los ejércitos va a aparecer terrible para todos los soberbios y altaneros, y para todos los arrogantes; y serán humillados;

Aquel día el hombre, aterrorizado, arrojará lejos de sí sus ídolos de plata y sus estatuas de oro, las imágenes de los topos y murciélagos, que se había hecho para adorarlas.
